Garlic Rice Recipe

The highlight of garlic rice is its hot, spicy and slightly sweet taste due to soy sauce. Therefore, do not spare these ingredients and feel free to add them to this dish.

First you need to cook the rice. To do this, you need to boil water and throw in one bag of rice or a glass of crumbly rice, choose the quantity at your discretion. The rice cooks for about 5-10 minutes, during which time begin preparing the meat.

Remove and defrost the chicken fillet or breast in advance, rinse it well and remove all excess. Then cut the chicken into small pieces, preferably cubes.

Once the chicken is ready, cut one or two carrots into the same size cubes and a small onion if you decide to add onions to the dish.

Place the pan on the stove while it heats up and start preparing the sauce. To do this, take classic soy sauce and sugar. One teaspoon of sugar with four tablespoons of soy sauce and heat this mixture a little in the microwave. This amount of sauce is enough for about three servings.

When the frying pan is hot, grease it with vegetable oil and throw carrots and onions on it (optional), fry for about 5 minutes, then add a few tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well, then you can add meat.

  • If you don’t have roasted sesame seeds on hand, you can prepare it yourself. Pour the grains into a hot dry frying pan and wait until they acquire a golden color. Do not forget to stir them constantly.
