Cut the carrots into thin strips, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into strips. Cut the peeled garlic in half lengthwise. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic in it for a minute, then remove and discard it.
Place carrots and bell peppers in a frying pan and fry for about five minutes, stirring. Transfer the vegetables to a plate. Place the pieces of meat into a plastic bag and add a spoonful of starch there. Seal the top of the bag and shake vigorously several times. We need the starch to cover the pork pieces on all sides.
