Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and place them on the stove to cook. To make the broth clearer, start cooking the chicken in another pan. When the thighs are slightly cooked, place them in hot or boiling water for the future soup. Cook for about half an hour.

Peel the carrots and cut into quarters. Add to the broth.

Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes. Also add to the broth. Add some salt. Cook until the potatoes are half cooked.

You will need:

  • half a chicken breast;
  • potatoes – 6 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 0.5 pcs.;
  • ghee - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • noodles;
  • salt to taste;
  • spices to taste;
  • greens to taste.

Cooking stages.

Rinse the chicken breast in ice water, wipe with napkins and cut into small pieces.

To prepare you will need:

  • 100g vermicelli;
  • 2 eggs;

Remove the skin from the chicken. Rinse the meat in ice water.

Peel the vegetables. Chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the potatoes into cubes.

Turn on the multicooker to the “frying” program, wait 2 minutes for it to heat up. Fry the chicken on both sides for 2 minutes.

Recipe for homemade egg noodles for soup

Another, no less important, component of chicken soup without potatoes is homemade noodles. Of course, you can buy noodles in the store, especially now there is such a choice for every taste and color, as they say. But believe me, this is not all that. It’s not even close to homemade noodles made with your own hands according to this recipe. We need only 3 ingredients:

  • Flour - 200 gr.
  • Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Combine them in a bowl. I recommend sifting the flour.

And mix until smooth. First, mix in a bowl, and then, when it is no longer possible, pour it onto the table and use your hands. Add flour as needed. The dough should not stick to your hands.

It may seem very tough, you are doing everything right, that’s the way it should be. When it rests and rests, the dough will become elastic, and then you need to roll it out for noodles.

But before you let it rest, put it in a bag or just cover it with a bowl to prevent it from getting too windy. 15-20 minutes will be enough.

Then cut off a piece of dough and roll it into a thin pancake, 1 mm thick. The table should be visible through it.

Dust it with flour and let it sit until it dries.
