  • sour cream – 200 gr.;
  • mushrooms (champignons or any other) – 400 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Peel and chop the onion, fry in a small amount of sunflower oil, and place chicken cut into small strips on top. Process the mixture over low heat until golden brown; when this state is reached, add the mushrooms cut into large cubes.

  4. Rub the chicken pieces well with a mixture of seasonings and salt, thoroughly mixing all the ingredients.

A convenient device - a multicooker - is designed to make the work of cooks easier, and it is with its help that you can prepare delicious chicken in sour cream sauce. Creating such a dish in a slow cooker saves time and effort, and the result in terms of taste is excellent.

Ingredients:

  • chicken (legs) – 4 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 100 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Peel the onion, cut into rings, place on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, and place chicken legs on top. In the “Frying” program mode, cook the chicken with onions for 20 minutes, constantly turning and sprinkling with seasonings.

The presence of tomatoes will give the meat a more ruddy color with a reddish tint, and the rich taste of seasonings will make the dish ideal for lovers of spicy dishes.

Chicken in pots with champignons

“Sour cream” chicken can be prepared in different ways and with different additional ingredients. One of the most interesting solutions is chicken legs baked in pots with champignons; the dish is unusually aromatic and tender.

Ingredients:

  • chicken (legs) – 4-6 pcs.;
  • champignons – 450 gr.;
  • sour cream – 400 gr.;
  • butter (butter) – 65 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Chicken legs need to be washed, dried, rubbed with salt, then fried in a frying pan until golden brown and transferred to pots. Chop the mushrooms coarsely, fry, season, then also place in baking containers. Top with finely chopped onion and grated carrots. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, stirring to remove lumps. The mixture should be fried for about a minute, after which you can add sour cream to the saucepan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Chicken breasts with garlic

This dietary dish, for all its simplicity, is very refined. Chicken in sour cream and garlic will delight gourmets with its delicate taste combined with a subtle aroma. Ingredients:

  • chicken (breasts) – 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 200 gr.;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • water – 350 ml;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Chicken breasts can be taken whole or cut into two halves, salted and fried until golden brown. Next, place the meat in a saucepan, pour in seasonings and put garlic squeezed through a press, and pour sour cream on top.

After adding water, the sauce should cover all the chicken pieces evenly, and the breasts will be simmered in it over low heat for 30-40 minutes. If after this time the sour cream sauce is still a bit runny, it can be thickened with a little flour.

An even more delicious solution is chicken with garlic in sour cream and tomato sauce. The ingredients you will need are almost the same, only you will have to add the following ingredients to the breasts, sour cream and garlic:

  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • carrots – 100 gr.;
  • tomato paste or juice - 3 tbsp. l.

Fried chicken breasts should be placed in a saucepan, sprinkled with seasonings and spices, squeezed garlic. Place onion and grated carrots cut into half rings on top, then pour in a mixture of sour cream and tomato juice (paste). With this sauce, the chicken should be slowly stewed for about 30-40 minutes.

You will need:

  • chicken breast - 0.5 kg;
  • vegetable oil - as much as needed;

  • seasonings - to taste;
  • filtered water - 250 ml;
  • full-fat sour cream - 0.5 packets 250 g.

  • pasta – 300 gr.;
  • sour cream – 350 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves;

You also need to stock up:

  • 900 g thighs;
  • 350 g mushrooms;
  • 5 small onions;
  • 300 ml sour cream 10% fat;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • salt and allspice to taste;
  • 8 sprigs of fresh dill;
  • refined sunflower oil for frying.

The cooking algorithm is as follows:
