- Honey – 1 tbsp.
- Mustard – 1 tbsp.
Cooking method:
- For convenience, divide the wings into three parts. You need to cut along the joints so that the meat does not fall apart.
- Mix mustard, ketchup and honey. Dilute everything with soy sauce, bring to a homogeneous consistency.
- Place the cut wings in a tight bag or baking bag. Add a little salt and pour in the marinade. Tie the bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the meat is thoroughly soaked in the sauce. It is recommended to turn the bag over every 30 minutes so that the marinade is distributed evenly. In this condition, the wings can be stored for several days.
- Preheat the oven in advance. Place the wings evenly on a baking sheet or baking dish. Bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.

- While the meat is standing, prepare the slow cooker. Take out the bowl and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Then place the wings there. Turn on the “Frying” mode for 15 minutes. If this is not the case, then you can replace it with the “Baking” mode.
- After the set time has passed, open the lid, turn the meat over and let it cook on the same setting for another 5 minutes.
Wings in a frying pan
Chicken wings in mustard-honey sauce in a frying pan are cooked much faster and easier. The resulting golden brown crust will not leave anyone indifferent.
List of ingredients:
- Chicken wings – 1 kg.
- Honey – 3 tbsp.
- Mustard – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
- Lemon (orange) – 1 pc.
- Salt/pepper to taste.
Cooking steps:
- Peel the garlic, finely chop or pass through a press.
- Squeeze juice from lemon (orange). Mix with honey and mustard, add grated garlic. Mix everything to get a homogeneous consistency.
- Cut the chicken wings into pieces and mix with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

If you really want wings, but you don’t have an oven or it doesn’t work, you can always use a frying pan. Moreover, the taste will be no worse.
Required Products:
- wings - about 500 grams;
- a couple of spoons of honey;
- a few spoons of mustard;
- various seasonings.
Cooking process:
- As in other recipes for preparing this dish, you must wash the meat and cut off all excess. Usually the very edge that is not edible is cut off. After the wings are washed, they need to be allowed to dry and only then proceed to further cooking.
- While the meat is drying, the filling is made for them. All other ingredients are mixed and the meat is immersed in the resulting mass for about an hour. To make the process go faster, the container can be placed in the refrigerator during this time.
- When time has passed, you can begin heat treatment. Usually everything is laid out on a baking sheet and put into the oven, but this recipe will use a frying pan.
- Heat it together with the oil, lay out the meat so that it forms one layer, and fry for about 5 minutes on each side. If necessary, we do this several times until all the wings are gone.
- To make the result even softer and juicier, you can add a little water and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.

- Honey – 3 tbsp.
- Mustard – 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Chili sauce – 1 tsp.
- Ground chili pepper – ½ tsp.
- Salt/pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
- Chop the garlic: finely chop or pass under a press, grate on a fine grater.
- Mix with mustard and paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add some dried herbs for flavor.
- Rub the resulting marinade onto the washed wings. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.

- 600 g chicken wings;
- 70 ml. soy sauce;
- 20 ml. honey (preferably liquid);
- 1 tsp mustard;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- A quarter of a lemon.

Preparation:
- We start preparing the dish by preparing the marinade. It is optimal for the wings to spend at least a couple of hours in the marinade. This will make their taste richer and brighter, and if there is absolutely no time, you need to soak the chicken wings in honey sauce for at least an hour.
- So, for this, let’s take a small bowl, pour honey into it, then add mustard, squeeze out the garlic. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If you like a sharper and richer taste, feel free to increase the amount of mustard and add a few more cloves of garlic. If you completely follow the proportions of this recipe, the wings will be moderately spicy and moderately piquant. At the end, add soy sauce (5-6 tbsp) to the resulting mixture. It is better to try how the marinade sauce tastes so that you can adjust its taste according to your preferences. If you like less salty dishes, it makes sense to limit it and not add more than 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce.
- We complete the preparation of the marinade by adding freshly squeezed lemon juice (take about 1⁄4 part). In order not to spoil the sauce, it is recommended to squeeze lemon juice in portions so that the marinade turns out to be slightly sour. It is important not to overdo it; after all, citrus fruits can sometimes be quite sour.
- Next, pour the prepared (washed, dried) wings with the prepared marinade sauce and place them in a small container quite tightly to each other. You can immediately place the wings in a baking dish or pan, trying to distribute the marinade as evenly as possible over all the wings.
- Cover the chicken wings with a plate and place a pressure on top for better marinating. You can use a jar of water or a small saucepan.
- The marinating time is at least 2 hours; you can leave the wings in the marinade overnight, but for this they need to be put in the refrigerator.
- Bake spicy wings in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. If you use a baking sheet, do not forget to grease it with vegetable oil so that the chicken does not burn. Excess marinade from the wings must be drained. First, bake for about 20 minutes, then check the readiness and increase the heat to maximum so that the chicken is covered with an incredible crispy crust and all excess liquid evaporates completely.
Serve the wings in honey mustard sauce while still hot. The aromatic dish goes well with a side dish of potatoes or cereals. A salad of fresh vegetables will be an equally harmonious companion. Chicken wings are also a great appetizer to go with beer.
Chicken wings in sesame sauce
To prepare you will need:
- Chicken wings – 1 kg.
- Sesame – 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
