Place the mixture on the fire and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

Add 30 grams of butter to the boiling mass, stir and remove from heat.

For convenience, pour the hot mixture into another container and gradually add 200 grams of milk powder, cream or baby formula.

Now it remains to cool the mixture a little so that you can easily form the shape of the candies.

You can make it round, oval, rectangular, whatever you want.

You can add dried fruit or nuts to the center of each candy.

If desired, bread the finished sweets in chopped nuts.

You can also roll it in coconut flakes.

To ensure that the breading sticks well, you can lightly moisten your hands with vegetable oil when forming the candies.

Well, we’ll cover the third part of the candies with melted chocolate.

Bring the water to a boil, turn off.

Place chocolate in a separate cup, place the cup with chocolate on hot water (the cup with chocolate should not touch the hot water) and melt the chocolate, stirring constantly.

1. “Dream” balls - a fantastic dessert without baking

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla crackers – 150 gr
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Condensed milk - 3 tablespoons
  • Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • Oil – 50 g
  • Chopped nuts - optional
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Liqueur - 1 tbsp (optional)

For the glaze:

  • Chocolate – 100 gr
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp

Preparation:

Grind the crackers with a blender and add cocoa, mix.

Bring the milk to a boil and cool slightly, then add butter, sugar and vanilla.

Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

Combine the milk mixture with the dry mixture, add condensed milk, liqueur and add nuts, mix well.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After the allotted time, remove from the refrigerator and form small balls with a teaspoon.

For the glaze, melt all the ingredients in a water bath.

Dip the balls into the glaze one at a time and carefully take them out with a fork and place them on tracing paper.

Place the balls in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Recipe for “Powdered Milk Candies”:

First, make syrup from water and sugar. There is no need to boil it for a long time; just keep it on the fire for 5 minutes after boiling. Place the butter in the hot syrup and leave for a couple of minutes. Then mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Mix cocoa powder and milk powder in a bowl.

Pour the syrup into a bowl with cocoa and milk powder (I sift them through a sieve). Mix very well. At this stage, you need to add cardamom or other aromatic spices (cinnamon, vanilla) to the mixture.

  3. Dry the nuts in the oven. Instead of walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, and peanuts are quite suitable. Only the most beautiful, even halves of nuts are chosen for the filling. Carefully crush all the rest for breading.
  4. Cut the peeled banana into equal pieces about 2 cm wide. Pierce the middle of the banana circle with your finger so that it is divided into three identical slices.
  5. Grease your hands with butter (vegetable) oil so that the sweet mass does not stick to your palms during molding. It is advisable to lubricate your hands after making each candy. To ensure that the sizes of all products are approximately the same, it is better to scoop out the sweet mass with a teaspoon.
  6. Form a small ball from the milk dough, crush it into a flat cake, put a piece of banana and nut in the very center, and carefully roll into a ball. This entire procedure must be done carefully, without applying much effort, so that the walls of the ball are not broken by the hard filling.
  7. Carefully roll the finished candies in crushed nuts.
