Use the saw blade. It is also called a bread knife or serrated knife. With berries

Ingredients for berry dessert:

  • 400 g of any berries;
  • sugar to taste;
  • 500 ml sour cream;
  • 3 tbsp. l. gelatin;
  • 0.5 tbsp. boiled chilled water;
  • 1 sponge cake.

Registration process:

  1. Combine gelatin with water and leave to swell.
  2. Line a small mold with cling film and place berries and biscuit pieces in it alternately.
  3. Grind granulated sugar with sour cream with a mixer, adjusting the sweetness yourself (depending on the fruit).
  4. Melt the swollen gelatin and immerse it in sour cream.

  5. Pour the resulting mixture over the cake and place it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

With strawberry

To create “Strawberries and Cream” you will need the following products:

  • 15 pcs. large strawberries;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 block of purchased cake layers;
  • 1 pack of plums. oils;

Ingredients:

  • butter - 80 grams;
  • cookies (ideally “Baked milk”) - 200 grams;
  • bananas - 3 pieces;
  • sour cream - 300 grams;
  • condensed milk - 250 grams;
  • dark chocolate - 100 grams;
  • powdered sugar - 60 grams;
  • vanilla sugar - to taste.
  • Of course, you can experiment with this list. Sour cream should be replaced with cream with a fat content of more than 30 percent, and condensed milk with cottage cheese.

    Step-by-step preparation:

  • Place the cookies in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Throw butter in there too. Grind until the mass resembles regular sand.
  • Take the pastry ring. It must be at least 22 centimeters in diameter. We put a plate under it. Distribute the mixture from the blender over the bottom. We monitor the uniformity.
  • Place the ring in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  • Let's return to our sour cream. Take it out of the refrigerator and beat for about 30 seconds. Gradually add powdered sugar (don't forget to sift it first so that there are no lumps) and vanillin. Beat for another 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread the sour cream mixture over the layer of condensed milk and bananas.
  • Three dark chocolates on a fine grater. Sprinkle the cake with the resulting crumbs and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Remove the ring before serving. Dessert is ready!
  • With kiwi

    The recipe for a delicious yogurt dessert includes the following components:

    • 5 kiwi;
    • 2 bananas;
    • 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
    • 1 pack of biscuits;
    • 300 ml low-fat yogurt.

    Step-by-step creation process:

    1. Mix the lactic acid product with powder.
    2. Take a wide dish and cover the bottom with a layer of cream, put the flour mixture on top.
    3. Place banana slices on the 1st layer and fill with yogurt cream.
    4. Place the 2nd cake layer on top, coat it with the creamy mixture and place the kiwi slices.
    5. Cover the structure with a third sponge cake, pour cream over it and lay out green fruit pieces.

    2. Bring the created mixture to a thick consistency, then remove it from the stove.
    3. Add chopped chocolate to the heated mixture and stir until the brown pieces dissolve.
    4. Next, add the softened oil to the substance and mix again.
    5. Cool the resulting mass.
    6. Combine the remaining sugar with 100 ml of clean water and stir, then pour in the cognac.
    7. Drizzle the cakes with sugar.

    8. Cut the bananas into slices and place them on 2 lower biscuit tiers, spread all layers with cream.

    With marshmallows

    The cake is made from ready-made cake layers with the addition of marshmallows.

    The recipe contains the following products:

    • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
    • 2 store-bought biscuits;
    • 350 g marshmallows;
    • 5 pieces. soft cookies;
    • 200 g butter;

    The second point is the presence of a mixer. Without it, unfortunately, no matter how hard you try, you won’t get pomp and airiness in the end. Well, let's get down to business!

    Napoleon

    Required components:

    • a set of ready-made puff pastries;
    • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 tbsp. cow's milk;
    • 200 g butter;
    • 1 tsp. vanillin;
    • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara.

    Registration procedure:

    1. Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar using a mixer until the grains are dissolved.
    2. Pour milk into the resulting mass and add flour.
    3. Stir the cream base thoroughly and place on low heat.
    4. Next, cook the cream until thick, stirring constantly for 15-20 minutes, then cool it.
    5. Bring the oil to room temperature and add it to the prepared creamy mixture.
    6. Beat all components until smooth and dense.
    7. Turn one puff pastry into crumbs, coat the rest with cream and form a cake.
    8. Spread the sides and top of Napoleon with the cream mixture and sprinkle with crumbs.

    9. Leave the finished product in the room for 1 hour, then put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

    Layer cake with cake layers and condensed milk - “Napoleon”

    Ingredients:

    Cooking method:

    With custard

    Product set for a masterpiece with custard:

    • 1 pack of biscuits;
    • 50 g butter;
    • 200 g fresh milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 150 g sugar;
    • cinnamon and nuts to taste;
    • 2 tbsp. l. sifted flour.

    Manufacturing process:

    1. Combine eggs, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan and beat with a mixer until the crystals are completely dissolved. Then pour in the flour and grind again to eliminate lumps.
    2. Add milk heated to room temperature into the resulting mixture, then mix all the components. Next, place the resulting mixture on the stove and stir until it becomes thick. This process takes about 10 minutes.

    3. When a thick consistency appears, remove the container from the heat and add oil.
    4. Assemble a dessert from cake layers, each of which should be coated with cream.
    5. Sprinkle the finished product with ground nuts and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Sand


    Crispy cake, delicate cream, layer of ripe bananas - the cake according to this recipe will become your favorite. It’s very easy to prepare; you don’t need any skills to make it. The chocolate note adds a piquant flavor to the finished dessert. Even beginners can master the recipe.

    Ingredients

    Cake dough:

    1. Cocoa powder – 20 grams;
    2. Flour – 200 grams;
    3. Sugar – 70 grams;
    4. A little salt;
    5. Butter – 70 grams;
    6. Egg;
    7. Grated chocolate – 40 grams.

    Cream:

    1. Cream (33% minimum) – 400 milliliters;
    2. White chocolate – 200 grams;
    3. 5 grams of cocoa powder;

    6. Pour into a lined pan and place in the oven for at least half an hour (temperature 190–200 degrees).
    7. Then cool the cake on a wire rack.

    Cream:

    1. Cool the cream and whip until stable peaks appear on the surface.
    2. Add vanilla to them while beating.
    3. Melt the white chocolate, cool to 30–40 degrees, gradually pour into the creamy foam and manually combine the components.
    4. At the end, add cinnamon (just a little) and cocoa powder, mix very carefully.

    Making the layer for the banana cake:

    1. Boil the condensed milk, if you bought it raw, cool, beat with a mixer.
    2. Cut the bananas into circles about 0.3 centimeters thick.

    • 150 g condensed milk;

    • 4 egg yolks;
