Eggless pie is one of the easiest and most inexpensive options. We will need:

  • semolina – 200 gr;
  • vegetable oil – 100 g;
  • sugar – 150 gr;
  • flour – 100 gr;
  • a packet of baking powder.

The recipe is, as they say, quick: the whole process will take no more than an hour.

  1. Pour water over the cereal, stir and set aside until completely swollen.
  2. After half an hour, knead the dough: combine all the ingredients.
  3. Bake at 180° for about half an hour.
