Cooking method

The original recipe (posted here, there are other pp and non-pp options) contains sugar. I replaced it with three portioned spoons of Fitparad No. 10 - I just wanted something sweet and sweet.

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 3 spoons of Fitparad No. 10;
  • 3 large pears;
  • 3 tbsp. oat bran;
  • a little salt;
  • 5 tbsp. corn starch;
  • vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp.

Cooking process

  1. I also simplified the cooking process a little. Beat all products in a blender except pears and butter.
  2. I cut the pears into cubes and greased the pan with butter.
  3. I poured the dough into the mold and threw some pear pieces into it.
