1. Be sure to rub the cottage cheese or mash it with a fork, separate the whites and yolks from the eggs.

Recipe No. 2 Cottage cheese casserole with apple without flour and without semolina

For the recipe you need:

  • fat cottage cheese (450 grams);
  • oatmeal (3 tablespoons);
  • eggs (3 pieces);
  • sweet and sour apple (or green);
  • sugar (2 tablespoons), if you use it;
  • low-fat sour cream (2 tablespoons, substitute for yogurt);
  • a small pinch of baking soda (baking powder).

1. Wipe the cottage cheese or break it with a fork, add cereal, egg yolks and sour cream (or yogurt) to the cottage cheese. Mix into a homogeneous mixture.

2. Beat the whites with a blender with sugar into a good (stable) white foam.

3. Wash the apple, peel it, remove the skin and apple core, cut into cubes or thin slices.

4. Gently stir the protein mixture into the curd mixture, adding the apples.

5. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at t=190-200°C.

  • apple - 1 pc.

  • baking powder 1.5 tsp

Cooking steps:
