Hello everyone, friends. You know, something strange happened here. Returning after a short absence, my wife suddenly announced that I would cook dinner!

Apparently she also wanted something tasty, not something healthy :)

I didn't mind and decided to treat us to some bacon! I chose the bacon according to size :) so that it would be longer and thinner, in the end, from the options I found in the Billa store, I purchased 2 packages

Miratorg amateur bacon.

By the way, the vacuum packaging turned out to be quite convenient, in the form of a bath, with a “tail” for opening!

There are 9 strips of bacon inside. One of which immediately went into my mouth :) and then a little disappointment awaited me. I really like to eat a couple of bacons straight raw. But here they turned out to be quite plump and difficult to chew. In my opinion the bacon should be much thinner.

By itself, it is moderately fatty and moderately meaty, a rather pleasant ratio of approximately 40% meat and 60% fat, well, this is solely according to my visual sensations.

Since for my purposes, in this form, it was not at all suitable, I had to slightly modify the bacon with a “file”, namely, to thin it out manually, and it was a bit tough, but I wanted a tender dish)

I decided to make bacon in the form of rolls with cheese inside, fried in a frying pan.

The bacon and cheese rolls turned out to be quite dense and held their shape perfectly without requiring additional securing.
