  3. Next, you should take a deep bowl, break an egg into it and beat it using a whisk, and then add sifted flour and a little milk in small portions. The consistency of the batter should be similar to thick sour cream.
  4. When the mixture has cooled, you can add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix everything well. The frying pan must be greased with olive oil and heated.

  • 1 egg;
  • 0.5-1 tablespoon of flour;
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste;

We wash the chicken liver and trim off excess fat. Cut each liver into two parts. Salt the liver, sprinkle with ground black pepper, mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

Advice! If desired, you can add other spices to the liver. Curry goes well with this product; you can also use dried thyme and basil.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper, add flour to the egg. First add half a tablespoon and mix. If the batter turns out too runny, add more flour. The mixture should be thicker than pancake batter, but thinner than pancake batter.
