We will prepare the dish with the addition of chicken fillet. But if you don’t want to add meat, just leave it out, then you’ll get an almost vegetarian casserole.

We will need:

  • 500 grams of boiled chicken meat (or to your taste)
  • 400 grams of broccoli
  • 400 grams cauliflower
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 30 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 300 milliliters cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, ground red pepper and Herbes de Provence seasoning to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Cut onions and carrots into small cubes. Grind the cheese on a grater. If you have a hard variety, such as Parmesan, it will be just great. It makes the crust amazingly golden brown and tasty.

2. Heat the frying pan over the fire. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it. Add the onion, simmer for 5 minutes while frying, then add the carrot cubes.

Let's cook the vegetables with the addition of pepper to add spiciness and aroma. Although, if you are not a fan of spicy things, then you don’t have to add pepper.

We will need:

  • Broccoli - 400 grams
  • Green beans - 400 grams
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Hot pepper - 0.5 - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 30 grams
  • Water - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Rice starch - 1 teaspoon per 1/3 cup of water (if you don’t have rice starch, you can use corn starch)

Preparation:

1. Chop the garlic and fry it in a frying pan in heated vegetable oil. The frying time should be no more than 20 seconds, otherwise the garlic will give a not very tasty aroma to the entire dish.

2. Rinse the broccoli and separate it into florets. Blot with paper towels so that the water does not splash the oil, and place in the garlic.

3. Immediately add green beans to it. It should be cleared of tails on both sides in advance and cut into fragments with a side of about 2 - 2.5 cm. Stir and simmer in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.

4. Now you can add the chopped red capsicum. Don't forget to clean the seeds. If it is not very spicy, then add a whole peppercorn, but if it is chili, then most likely the whole pepper will be too much. In this case, you can add it to taste.

And also immediately add soy sauce and water, and any seasoning for vegetables that you usually use.

After adding each component, carefully and quickly mix the contents so that everything is evenly distributed throughout the dish.

At the end, close the pan with a lid and simmer the contents for 5 - 7 minutes, during this time you can stir the vegetables a couple of times so that they do not burn, and they all simmer equally. Add salt if necessary, although this may not be necessary when adding soy sauce.

Option 2: a simple low-calorie “fitness” casserole

We all know that mushrooms contain a small amount of fat, but at the same time they very well satisfy the feeling of hunger and give the body strength and energy.

If you eat only vegetables, then fatigue will quickly overcome you. To prevent this, you need to include protein foods in your diet. Baked broccoli with champignons in the oven is not only healthy, but also gives you a feeling of fullness. For preparation you need the following ingredients:

  • Broccoli – 0.5 kg;
  • Fresh champignons – 0.4 kg;
  • 1 large onion;
  • Chicken egg – 3 pieces;
  • Milk – 150 ml;
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. spoons without a slide;
  • Salt.

Boil broccoli until half cooked in salted boiling water over moderate heat. This process takes no more than 5-7 minutes. Otherwise, the inflorescences become overcooked and not only lose their beneficial properties, but also their shape.

Rinse the mushrooms with water and cut into thin slices. Heat a frying pan on the stove (preferably with a non-stick coating, so as not to add oil, otherwise the calorie content will increase). Fry the champignons over medium heat, stirring constantly, until excess moisture has evaporated.

Chop the onion very finely with a sharp knife.

In any deep bowl, combine milk, salt, spices, eggs, whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Place mushrooms, broccoli, and chopped onions into a heat-resistant glass bowl.

Pour the egg mixture into the contents of the container, bake the dish at a temperature of 180-190°C for about 20-25 minutes.
