- 750-800 gr. chicken legs (you can take half a chicken);
- 800 gr. peeled chicken feet;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 5 peas of allspice;
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- salt, black pepper to taste.
We will prepare the chicken roll in a slow cooker, but, of course, you can cook it on the stove in a regular pan.

Fill the chicken fillet with water so that it just covers the meat. Boil it until cooked, add salt at the end of cooking. Cool the meat in the broth. Cut the meat into large pieces and place in a bowl.
Cut the champignons into small slices and fry them in vegetable oil until tender. Salt the mushrooms and pepper them to taste.
