2 hours Very light sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, milk, raisins, chocolate, cookies
A house made of cookies and cottage cheese, a step-by-step recipe, is a real culinary miracle. A dessert that does not need to be baked, which even children can prepare for any holiday. And they will take up this task with special enthusiasm, because how exciting it is to create your own, albeit simple, but your own creation. And the “assembly” of our cake will be a special mesmerizing moment, because in a matter of seconds the faceless layers of cookies will turn into a wonderful three-dimensional pyramid or house. How to arrange this fun experiment? Write it down!
A classic version of cottage cheese cake
At the same time, it is also the simplest. Starting from this base, various modified cooking options were created. The cooking itself takes a minimum of time, but you will be able to enjoy the “House of Cookies and Cottage Cheese” cake only after a few hours. It is most convenient to prepare it in the evening, so that all the ingredients are ready overnight, and in the morning you can pamper your loved ones with an appetizing, satisfying and healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
- Square or rectangular cookies – 21 pieces;
- Sugar – ¾ cup;
- Cottage cheese – 450 grams;
- Sour cream – 5 tablespoons (maximum fat);
- Vanilla sugar – 1 package;
- Milk – 100 ml;
- Raisins - to taste;
- Chocolate - for decoration.
Cooking method:
- It is worth starting the preparation with the cream, since this process takes the most time. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and both types of sugar previously ground into powder. Of course, it is not necessary to make powder, but grains of sugar may not dissolve and crunch on your teeth, which, you see, is not very pleasant.
- Beat the resulting mass with a mixer or blender into a homogeneous puree. If you think that the mass is not liquid enough, you can correct this by adding a couple of tablespoons of milk. This manipulation will add uniformity and airiness to the structure.
- Now we begin to form the cake house from cookies and cottage cheese. To do this, we need to prepare the surface by lining it with thick polyethylene. We do not recommend using cling film for this purpose, since it is not strong enough and it will not be very convenient to “build” our house with its help.
- Heat the milk to about 40 degrees. We soak each of the cookies in it. This should be done by briefly dipping them one at a time, rather than pouring milk over everything. Then we lay out the cookies in three rows. We get 3 rows of 7 pieces.
- Mix the curd mass with raisins and spread it in an even layer on our base, not forgetting to leave it for the external decor.
- Holding the edges of the polyethylene, we lift the outer rows of cookies, thus making “walls” for our house, and press them tightly. Carefully remove the polyethylene and coat the outside with the remaining curd mass, sprinkle with grated chocolate and, again packing it in plastic, put it in the refrigerator.
After brewing for several hours, the no-bake cottage cheese house cake will be completely ready to serve. You can also involve the youngest members of the family in its preparation, because it is both exciting and completely safe, since neither hot ingredients nor sharp objects are used.
Cake House made from cookies and cottage cheese: second recipe
Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 400 gr. cottage cheese
- 150 gr. butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1.5 -2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa
- vanilla
- 45 square cookies
- 1 glass of milk
For cream:
- 100 gr. butter
- ½ cup condensed milk
How to make a cake from cookies and cottage cheese without baking:
- First you need to prepare the curd cream. Mix cottage cheese, soft butter and sugar, vanilla - a mixer does this perfectly. Separate 2/3 from the total mass of curd cream and mix with cocoa, and leave 1/3 of the curd cream white.
- Heat the milk and pour into a deep plate or bowl.
- Let's start assembling the "House" cake. And we will do this on cellophane, larger than our cake, later you will understand why.
- We lay out the first row of 3x5 cookies on cellophane, after dipping them in warm milk. Grease the cookies with dark curd cream.
- Then we lay out a new row of cookies, not forgetting to dip them in warm milk (if the milk has cooled down, warm it up). Now grease with light curd cream.
- Place the last layer of cookies on the cream and also grease them with the remaining dark cream.
- After the rows are laid, you need to slip the rivers under the cellophane and lean the two outer rows against the middle one to make a house, lower the cellophane.
- To make the “Domik” cake made from cookies and cottage cheese look attractive, it needs to be decorated. Beat the butter with condensed milk and coat the cake on all sides with the resulting cream. And then decorate at your discretion - with nuts, chocolate, pieces of marmalade. This time I covered the cake with crumbs, which I made using a blender by grinding chocolate balls and cookies.
- All that remains is to keep the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it hardens, and then very carefully transfer it to a plate. The “House” cake is ready.
Pour tea or coffee and invite your loved ones to treat them to a delicious cake.
Bon appetit!
Chocolate version
Well, are there people who don't love chocolate? Of course, many people don’t eat it due to diets or allergies, but if this is not your case, then we suggest making a chocolate house from cottage cheese and cookies, because it’s so simple and incredibly tasty that you simply can’t tear yourself away from this dessert! Hurry up and write down the recipe!
Ingredients:
- Square cookies – 2 packs (chocolate);
- Sugar – 1 glass;
- Cottage cheese – 0.5 kg;
- Butter – 200 grams;
- Cocoa – 2 tablespoons;
Cooking method:
- We start preparing this option with chocolate glaze, which will cover our house. We make the following mixture: cocoa + half the amount of sugar + 150 grams of softened butter. Grind everything until it becomes a homogeneous paste. In this situation, it is better to use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar, since it melts instantly and guarantees a uniform structure.
- Now it’s the turn of cottage cheese, which we mix with the remaining butter and sugar. It is best to puree this mass with a blender.
- We line the work surface with polyethylene, onto which we spread the chocolate mass in an even layer. We lay out three rows of cookies of any desired length on it. It is better to choose shortbread cookies, since biscuits have a bland taste and will get soggy very quickly, so it will not be possible to achieve a beautiful shape for a cottage cheese house from cookies.
- Spread the curd mass in a fairly high, dense layer and level it with a knife.
- Raise the edges and form a triangular structure, pressing the cookies tightly on the sides. We wrap it in plastic and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
You can decorate this chocolate dessert with nuts, and add pieces of chocolate or a spoonful of cocoa to the curd mass.
How to make cottage cheese house from cookies without baking
Ingredients. For 6-8 pieces we will need the following products:
- Shortbread cookies – 400 g
- Cocoa powder - 3 tables. l.
- Cottage cheese – 500 g
- Sour cream (20%) - 5 tables. l.
- Powdered sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Milk - 0.5 tbsp.
- Dark bitter chocolate – 100 g
Preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar and sour cream until smooth. Let's divide it into two equal parts. Mix cocoa powder into one of them.
2. Heat the milk until warm.
3. Now everything is ready to “build” a fabulous cottage cheese house.
We will dip each cookie in milk and place it in one row - which will consist of 4 cookies.
Lubricate them with curd mixture on top and place another row of cookies on it, which we do not forget to moisten in milk. And so we’ll lay out three rows. This will be the “foundation” of our house.
On the laid out rectangle of cookies, place a roof (in a triangle) of cottage cheese and cocoa mass. We will place the cookies on top at an angle to each other, so that they form the roof of our cottage cheese house.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, breaking it into pieces. Pour our cottage cheese cookie house on top and put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours to soak.
After this time, you can put the kettle on and invite everyone to the tea table.
PS: in addition to the curd filling, you can use boiled condensed milk, any jam or thick jam for the layer between the rows of cookies. You can also decorate this culinary creation to your taste, for example, sprinkle with coconut flakes, grated chocolate, crushed cookies, sprinkle with cocoa powder, insert slices of marmalade, pieces of candied fruits, dried fruits or fresh berries into the roof of the house.
And if desired, you can add raisins, nuts, pieces of fresh fruit or berries to the curd mass.

Cake with banana filling
The combination of banana and cottage cheese can be safely called classic, because it is simply impossible to come up with anything more tender and delicate. It is not surprising that, having changed, the recipe for cottage cheese cake acquired a banana filling. Having prepared a cottage cheese house from cookies with banana, you will see from your own experience how delicious it is!
Ingredients:
- Milk – 3-4 tablespoons;
- Cookies – 12 pieces;
- Cottage cheese - 250 grams;
- Sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- Coffee, cocoa milk – 150 ml;
- Milk chocolate – 1 bar;
- Banana – 1 piece.
Cooking method:
- We start according to tradition with the curd filling. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar until smooth. If you took dry curd, then to get a light texture, add a spoonful of milk and beat again.
- We prepare your choice of coffee, cocoa or heat milk. There is no need to add sugar to the drink, since it will be a “impregnation” for the cookies, which we will dip into it one by one.
- Place softened cookies on the prepared surface. You will get a 3 by 4 rectangle.
- Lubricate it with curd mass. Place a banana in the center. It can be cut into slices or simply cut in half. You can coat it with cottage cheese again.
- We form the cake by lifting the two outer rows of cookies and connecting them.
- Prepare chocolate glaze by melting a chocolate bar and adding milk. Pour the frosting over the top of the cake and, covering it with plastic, put it in the refrigerator.
You can play a little with the ingredients, for example, puree a banana and add it to cottage cheese, or pour glaze over its pieces and only then cover it with cottage cheese. When cooking, you can completely rely on your imagination and taste preferences, and then you will be 100% sure that you will get a real culinary masterpiece.

Is it possible to replace cottage cheese with curd mass?
Of course, it is possible if it is a high-quality curd mass. Then there is no need to add sugar to the cream, but I would add a piece of butter - about 50-80 g. Oil is required to maintain the triangular shape of the Cottage Cheese House cake. In the refrigerator it hardens, holds together and holds the entire sweet structure of the cake.
You cannot use grained cottage cheese for cream! It's for other dishes. But children's curd cheeses are quite suitable.
Too liquid cottage cheese will harden in the cream worse than regular, dense one. It's better not to take risks. In general, try to choose high-quality natural products for the cream so that it turns out thick and strong.
Which cookies are suitable for Cottage Cheese House?
For our cake, the best choice is a simple sweet shortbread (or, as it is also called, sugar) square-shaped cookies. Jubilee, Strawberry, Sugar, Baked Milk and various other cookies, ordinary and inexpensive, are suitable.
If there are no square cookies, then you can take a rectangular one, but then they need to be placed in a row vertically, lengthwise, that is, the long side will form the length of the cake, and the short side of the first three cookies in the row will form the width of the cake.
It is clear that in the case of long cookies, you need to lay out not 6 cookies in length, for example, 4.
How to soak cookies instead of milk
If you or your loved ones cannot tolerate milk, you can sprinkle the cookies with wine or cognac (or even grape, pomegranate or apple juice without pulp, fruit syrup - mulberry, pomegranate, rosehip syrup, etc.), diluted with boiled water.
If there is no syrup or juice, and alcohol is not acceptable, because you are preparing a curd cake for children, you can dip the cookies in liquid sour cream.
Taste and impressions of the Curd House cake
The sweet white-chocolate house turns out to be an exceptionally tender and original curd cake.
The cookies are well soaked in milk and moist cream, and when you eat this curd dessert, the spoon falls into something soft and delicate. A distinct chocolate taste combined with a slightly sour curd cream adds to its seductiveness and seductiveness. Having eaten one triangle, the hand reaches out for more.
Our no-bake dessert cake made from cookies and cottage cheese is very good with both unsweetened tea and coffee. This is a delicious and easy to make holiday meal!
Good luck assembling this sweet construction cake and enjoying your eating!
