When preparing any baked goods, many women who watch their figure are interested in the question of the nutritional and energy value of the dish. It’s worth mentioning right away that coffee cookies, unless of course you eat kilograms of them, will not particularly affect your weight. To do this, it is worth considering how many calories are in each product included in this baked product:

  • butter - 100 g in the recipe. The amount of fat in it is 82.5%, proteins - 0.5%, carbohydrates - 0.8%. Total 748 Kcal;
  • eggs - 2 pieces - approximate weight 110 g, protein in them is 13.97%, fat - 11.99%, carbohydrates - 0.77%. Calorie content is 172.7 Kcal;
  • sugar - weight - 150 g, there are no proteins and fats in it, carbohydrates - 149.55%. Calorie content – 597 Kcal;
  • wheat flour - 325 grams of product contains approximately 29.25% proteins, 3.25% fats, 237.25% carbohydrates. Calorie content – 1056.25 Kcal.
  • black instant coffee, the recipe indicates 3 teaspoons, which corresponds to a weight of 20 g. There are no fats in it, proteins - 0.04 g, carbohydrates 0.06 g. Total - 0.4 kcal.

The finished batch of cookies will weigh about 762 g and its calorie content will be approximately 2768.9 Kcal, and 100 g of product accounts for 363.4 Kcal.

These calculations determine the energy value of coffee cookies. It is worth considering the nutritional value of baked goods. Since the dish contains products containing micro- and macroelements, this means that the following valuable substances will be present in the cookies:

  • unsaturated fatty acids;
