Cooking process:

  • Turn on the grill to heat up. While it is heating, mix all the ingredients except the breading flour. The cottage cheese is scooped up in heaping spoons. Pour flour for breading into a small bowl or bowl. Using a tablespoon, place the mixture into the flour for breading and form a bun. Grease the grill with vegetable oil.
