- Beat the egg into the minced meat, add semolina, add salt, season with pepper, and knead well. Wet your hands and roll with a little effort to make the meatballs denser, into small balls, and carefully place in the soup.
- Boil for 5 minutes, counting from the resumption of boiling, remove the foam.
- Add cauliflower, simmer for 5 minutes, add carrots.

TIP: You can add already boiled cereal to rice soups at the end of cooking. To save time, it is better to cook more at once, use some of it, and divide the rest into portions into bags and freeze.
Then you can quickly prepare a side dish by defrosting in the microwave, meatballs, casserole or adding to soup. You can also save an over-salted dish by boiling the rice wrapped in gauze in the soup.

- During this time, peel and put the potatoes in water, prepare a fry from half an onion, cut into small cubes and carrots, also finely chopped or coarsely grated.
- Chop the mushrooms into small pieces, pour into the roast, stir, pour in 5-6 tbsp. broth, simmer.
- Remove everything from the broth, add potato cubes, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cut the boiled meat into pieces, put it together with the frying in a pan, stir, boil for 10 minutes.
- Add boiled rice; if raw, add it along with the potatoes. Pour in the brine, stir, add a bay leaf, add some salt, maybe pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Chop the greens, pour into a saucepan, boil for a couple of minutes, let it brew in a closed saucepan for 7-10 minutes. - Add the onion and simmer until soft, stirring.
- Then add the carrots and simmer for another five minutes.
- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Rinse them to remove starch.
- Wash the chicken fillet, remove fat and cut into cubes.
- Next, pass them through a meat grinder or punch them with a blender.
- Grate the mozzarella and add to the chicken along with the spices.
