How soft and tender a piece of pork baked in the oven turns out depends on the quality of the meat. For this recipe, I bought pork neck meat. Thanks to the thin layers of lard that melt during the cooking process, the meat is saturated with the flowing fat and becomes very tender and soft. Moreover, this recipe is very simple, the meat does not need to be marinated. All you need is foil or a roasting bag. I used a baking bag.

Wash the pork thoroughly, remove films and excess fat.

Rub the meat with salt. Mix red and black ground pepper, add yolk and mustard. Coat the meat with this mixture.

  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • refined oil – 50 ml;

Dry the washed pork a little. Chop the peeled garlic. Mix oil with salt and spices. Rub the meat and place it in a baking sleeve, where we make several small punctures. Bake the meat for about 90 minutes at 200 degrees. Almost at the end, we cut the sleeve so that the meat is browned.

Pork with potatoes in the sleeve

  • pork pulp – 500 g;
  • potatoes – 600 g;
  • dry greens;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • salt.

Cut the washed pork into large pieces. Squeeze the garlic there, add salt and dried herbs. Mix everything well and leave for half an hour. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, which we also cut into large cubes, add some salt and stir. Place everything in a bag and seal the edges. Place it on a baking sheet. At 180 degrees the dish will be ready in an hour.

Pork roast in a sleeve in the oven

  • whole piece of pork – 800 g;
  • water – 1 liter;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • spices;
  • salt – 20 g;
  • Bay leaf.

Boil water, salt it, add bay leaf, spices and stir. When the water has cooled completely, lower the prepared meat into it. Cover and put in a cool place for 3 hours. Then we take out the meat, dry it lightly, rub it with a mixture of salt and spices, make cuts and place chopped garlic into them. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the marinated meat in a sleeve and place a bay leaf from the marinade on top. We fasten the edges of the sleeve and make several holes in the film. Bake for about 1 hour.

  • dry red wine – 100 ml;
  • garlic – 5 cloves;
  • mustard with grains – 15 g;
  • natural liquid honey – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt;

  • ground coriander.

We make cuts in the washed and dried meat, insert pieces of bay leaves and pieces of garlic cut into slices. Mix salt and pepper. Place the pork in a container and rub with the mixture.
