We will need:

  • half a chicken breast;
  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • buckwheat - half a glass;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • Bay leaf.

Preparation:

1. If you have been reading my articles for a long time, then you know that I cook all first courses in the second broth. Therefore, cook the chicken breast in a saucepan until foam begins to appear. Let it boil a little, then drain the water, wash the pan and meat under running water.

You can use any part of the chicken.

Pour water into a clean pan, put the chicken and bay leaf in it and place the pan on the stove. After boiling, cook for another 15 minutes, after which we take out the meat and chop it into pieces. And again we send it to the broth.

2. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. Place it in chicken broth.

3. At this time, peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Saute the vegetables in a frying pan in oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.

4. When the potatoes are half cooked, pour the washed buckwheat into the soup. Depending on the variety, it is cooked for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Salt.

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat – 70 gr.
  • Meat broth - 1 l.
  • Zucchini - 300 gr.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1-2 teeth.
  • Processed cheese - 150 gr.
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

General information:

  • Cooking time: 50 minutes;
  • Number of servings 4.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash vegetables and herbs. Peel the carrots, onions and garlic. Rinse the cereal in cool water. Bring the broth to a boil, add buckwheat, simmer over low heat.
  2. Grate the carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater, chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the carrots and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add onion and zucchini, sauté until soft. Add to soup. Add melted cheese, mix thoroughly until smooth.

  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

1. Pour water into a pan and place it on the stove.

2. Wash the meat well and cut into small pieces. Fry it in a frying pan in a small amount of oil until golden brown.

3. Wash the buckwheat until the water is clear. Place it in boiling water in a saucepan. We also send fried meat here. If desired, you can pour the juice released from the pork into the broth.

4. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. We also send it next to the pan. Salt to taste.

5. Sauté peeled and chopped onions and carrots in oil in a frying pan for about three minutes.

6. Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut into pieces and pour into the soup along with fried vegetables.

You can use frozen peppers.

7. Taste for salt. Leave to cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the finished soup into plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired and serve!

Meatball soup with buckwheat

Another option for a buckwheat first course is a recipe with meatballs. For meatballs, you can take any minced meat, and also add any spices and herbs to your taste.

Ingredients:

  • two glasses of cereal;
  • three potato tubers;
  • one carrot;
  • spices;
  • Art. spoon of sour cream;
  • 320 minced meat.

Cooking method:

  1. Dry the cereal in a frying pan without oil for five minutes. We cut the potato tubers into small cubes, chop the carrots on a grater.

1. Pour water into a saucepan, add some salt and set to boil.

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • meat or chicken broth;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

1. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the “Frying” mode.

2. While the oil is heating up, finely chop the peeled onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Place in a bowl to fry, stirring occasionally.
