Product composition:

  • 1 can of saury;
  • 100 g or 4 tbsp. l. cooked rice;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 0.5 onion heads;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • 3 branches of dill;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise "Provencal";
  • salt, ground pepper.

This is another salad recipe with saury, rice and egg, which also includes fresh herbs. The above ingredients will make 3 servings. The process lasts half an hour. To prepare the dish, follow the following steps.

  1. Boil the rice by adding salt in a saucepan. The same is done with eggs, bringing them to a cool state. The products are cooled.
  2. Preparatory procedures are done with cucumber and onion: washed, peeled.
  3. Open the saury and place the contents of the jar in a salad bowl. To make the salad tender, you need to include juice and oil.
  4. Mash the fish with a fork and top it with cucumber, cut into strips. Use a coarse grater.
  5. Add rice.
  6. Cut onions, both green and onions, and also place them in a container.

  • • 1/3 head of Chinese cabbage;
  • • herbs and spices - to taste.

  1. First of all, you need to rinse the vegetables well, chop the cucumbers into thin slices, and the pepper, after removing the seeds, into half rings. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and mash it slightly with your hands to release the juice.
  2. Place vegetables in a deep bowl. Open the saury, drain the oil from it into a separate bowl, and shred the fish with a fork.

  1. half a can of saury;
  2. the whites of half the eggs, grated on a coarse grater;
  3. yolk of half the eggs, grated on a fine grater;
  4. grated hard cheese.

  • 200 g saury fish;
  • 1 large quince;
  • 1 pod of bell pepper;
  • 100 g leeks;

  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley;

  • 4-5 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 1-2 boiled carrot roots;
  • 3 boiled jacket potatoes;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1 pack of mayonnaise sauce;
  • 2-3 pinches of freshly ground black pepper;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill.

Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process from pre-boiled and completely cooled ingredients takes very little time:

  1. The first layer should be placed in a salad bowl with pieces of canned saury without liquid, mash the fish with a fork, smooth it out and pepper a little.

  2. Then you need to chop the peeled onion into small cubes, place it in an even layer on top of the canned food and brush with mayonnaise.
