Basic recipe

  7. When the beans turn a pale green color, add the egg mixture and stir everything very quickly.
  8. At the very end, add a spoonful of vegetable oil.

With tuna

This simple, original dish has a pleasant taste and bright aroma. By preparing it, you will get a healthy light dinner.

Ingredients:

  • a can of tuna in its own juice;
  • two tomatoes;
  • two eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • greenery;
  • 200 g asparagus beans;
  • salt.

Preparation procedure:

  1. Chop the green beans and boil in salted water. Boiling time is approximately five minutes.
  2. Drain the beans and place them in a greased frying pan and fry for about two minutes.
  3. Add squeezed garlic and soy sauce to the beans. Remove the pan from the heat when the pods are soft.
  4. Boil eggs until hard and cool.
  5. Cut tomatoes and eggs into slices.
  6. Place beans, tomatoes and eggs in a salad bowl.

  • 200 g green beans;
  • 150 g canned tuna;
  • eight anchovies;
  • half a pod of bell pepper;
  • six olives;
  • 60 ml lemon juice.

For refueling:

  • salt;
  • garlic clove;
  • a third of a glass of olive oil;
  • ground pepper;
  • eight basil leaves;
  • 25 wine vinegar.

Preparation procedure:

  1. Boil the pods in salted water (cooking time – six minutes). After this, transfer to a colander and place under cold tap water - this will keep the beans firm.
  2. Heat the oil and crushed garlic in a frying pan and lightly fry the beans. Then sprinkle it with chopped parsley and remove from heat.
  3. When the beans have cooled, pour lemon juice over them.
  4. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
  5. Cut tomatoes and eggs into slices.
  6. Finely chop the onion.
  7. Wash the olives and anchovies.
  8. Chop the sweet pepper as desired.

  • a can of canned corn;

  • salt.
