  • champignons – 300 g,
  • onion – 1 head,

  • eggs - 3 pieces,
  • mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste.

Salad "Shprotka"

“Sprotka” is another simple and budget salad. To prepare it take:

  • 1 can of sprat,
  • 2-3 pieces of carrots,
  • 4-5 pieces of potatoes,
  • 3-4 eggs,
  • dill, green onions,
  • mayonnaise.

Boil carrots and potatoes until tender. To peel. Boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the sprats with a fork. Place them on a flat dish. Grate the potatoes and place in a second layer. Coat the potatoes with mayonnaise. The third layer is finely chopped green onions. Grate the whites and place on the onion (in the fourth layer), brush with mayonnaise. Grate the carrots and place in the fifth layer. Lightly add salt and grease with mayonnaise.   • 1 salted herring,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 medium carrots,
  • 2-3 potato tubers,

I won’t describe our walk, I’ll say one thing, we had a blast! For about 3 hours we just circled along the beaten paths and chatted about everything in the world. By the end of our walk, our legs were buzzing, our cheeks were flushed, our eyes were burning, and our stomach was growling from hunger... We decided to go to Svetlana, drink some tea and only then go home. No sooner said than done! We went to the nearest supermarket for cakes; the sight of fresh, just-prepared hot dishes and salads made us want, of course, more than just sweets. The first thing in the basket was a bottle of cognac, a lemon, a kilogram of shish kebab and some kind of sauce. All we had to do was choose a salad and we joined the queue, but for some reason Sveta pulled us towards the canned food counters. The basket contained three jars - corn, red beans and green peas. Already at the checkout, Sveta threw a couple of bags of savory crackers into the basket. To which we shrugged our shoulders and decided that our Svetlana knew better. Already on the way, Sveta assured us that she would now whip up a salad for us that we would be crazy about and which we would remember for the rest of our lives. And Sveta turned out to be right! About seven years have passed since that time, and I not only remember this Svetkin signature salad, but I also prepare it myself so often that I already have the right to consider it my own. The “three jars” salad is just a godsend for a hospitable hostess, it really is a lifesaver. And how delicious and satisfying it is, there are simply no words! Ingredients:

Red beans in their own juice - 1 can Sweet corn - 1 can Green peas - 1 can Mayonnaise for dressing - 2 tbsp Spices to taste - salt, ground black pepper Crackers - 2 packs Parsley - 1/2 bunch (optional)

Preparation:

Boil the chicken fillet for 20 minutes (from the moment of boiling). Cool. Cut the chicken and cucumbers into medium cubes. Add finely chopped dill (and green onions, if desired). Place the ingredients in a salad bowl, add sour cream, salt and mix. Our salad is ready!

Salted tomato salad “Simple”

You can also use homemade preparations to prepare salads. For example, canned tomatoes. They make an interesting puree salad with a sweet and sour taste. Take:

  • 4-5 salted tomatoes,

  • Iceberg lettuce, regular leaf or Chinese cabbage – 2 bunches
  • Ciabatta loaf (or regular white) – 100 g
  • Hard cheese (Parmesan) 50-70 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Seasonings: suneli hops, ground red pepper, ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers,
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to cook

Step 1. Cut the loaf into pieces no larger than 1 cm. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a small amount of oil. Sprinkle spices on top: hops-suneli, red and black pepper, add a little salt and mix well. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180ºC to dry.

Step 2. First beat the chicken fillet lightly with a hammer so that the layer is of the same thickness. Sprinkle the chopped fillet with red and black pepper, lightly salt and rub the spices into the meat. We do the same on the other side of the fillet.

France has always been famous for its exquisite cuisine and harmony of taste. This salad is no exception, so it quickly became the favorite salad of many housewives. It can be prepared both for a special event and just for a regular dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Apples – 2 pcs.;
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese – 200 g;
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g.

Preparation:

Peel the apples, grate 1 apple on a coarse grater and place in a container.

Add a little mayonnaise and grate 1 boiled egg on a coarse grater.

Add mayonnaise again and cover with grated hard cheese.

Add 1 grated carrot and repeat all layers again.

Leave the finished salad in the refrigerator to give it time to soak.

Salad "Minutka"

A very quick to prepare salad that everyone will like without exception. All the ingredients for the salad are usually available in the refrigerator, and if something is missing, you can easily replace it with something else.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage – 500 g;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Red onion – 1 pc.;
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • Mustard – 0.5 tsp;
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 pcs.;
  • Salt, herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

Finely chop the cabbage on a grater.

Add carrots, chopped on a Korean carrot grater, to the bowl with cabbage.

Chop the red onion.

Making the salad dressing:

Squeeze lemon juice, add soy sauce, mustard, vegetable oil and salt to taste.

Whisk the salad dressing and add to the salad.

Salad “Three minutes”

Instant salad made from everyone's favorite products. An appetizing dish that will help you out in any situation.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 300 g;
  • Chicken egg – 4 pcs.;
  • Canned pineapples – 5 rings.
  • Mayonnaise and salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the eggs into small pieces and place in a deep container.

Add chopped crab sticks and pineapple rings. Pineapple will add richness to the salad and make it juicier.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Lenten salad with mushrooms

An excellent lean salad with mushrooms that can be prepared in just a couple of minutes. A great option when you don’t have time, but want to surprise your guests or family with something tasty, and most importantly filling.

Ingredients:

  • Marinated mushrooms – 300 g;
  • Canned peas – 400 g;
  • Carrots – 3 pcs.;
  • Onion – 3 pcs.;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry. We do the same with onions.

Mix all ingredients in one container and add peas.

Salad "Nezhenka"

This dish got its name not by chance, but because of its wonderful sweet and sour taste. Despite its composition, the salad is very filling. There are no difficulties in preparation, so any housewife can easily prepare this dish.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • Apple – 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese – 150 g;
  • Sour cream – 50 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g;

Preparation:

Finely chop the chicken fillet.

Separate the yolk and white from the eggs and grate them separately on a coarse grater.

Peel the large apples and grate them on a coarse grater.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater

Mix chicken, yolk, cheese, apple separately with mayonnaise and sour cream dressing.

Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: chicken, apple, grated cheese, white yolks.

We make several flowers from the egg for decoration: we cut off the egg white in a thin layer in a circle and form a flower from the resulting plates. We make the middle from the yolk.
