Do you like sweet pastries, desserts just like that or with tea? Do you like to cook them? Fussing around the stove or oven? If you answered “yes” to the first question and “no” to the subsequent ones, then cheese soufflé in the microwave is definitely for you. It will take 10 minutes to prepare the dessert, and the result will delight you with its delicate and light taste.

Soufflé is the French “guest”. Its basis is yolks mixed with a variety of (sweet and non-sweet) ingredients. Then the well-beaten whites are carefully folded in. And although our technology does not involve whipping the whites separately, the resulting dish is so tender that it can be called a soufflé. As you already understood, cottage cheese acts as a supplement.
With egg and cinnamon
This recipe is interesting because it uses only three ingredients. To play it, you will need:
- 300 g 9% cottage cheese;
- large egg;
- a pinch of cinnamon.
The cottage cheese is combined with the egg and thoroughly ground. The resulting mass is supplemented with cinnamon, mixed and transferred to any suitable cup. Prepare the curd soufflé in the microwave operating at maximum power for ten minutes.
How to prepare cottage cheese soufflé
Be sure to try and

First, beat the egg with sugar.
Using a citrus juicer or simply squeezing a lemon, squeeze out one tablespoon of juice.
Add lemon juice to the mixture.

Add a tablespoon of semolina.

Place the soufflé in a small MVP-safe dish.
Place in the microwave. Bake at maximum power. I have 1000 watts. You need to cook in two batches. The first time, set it for three minutes, then a two-minute break, the oven doors remain closed. You can turn the soufflé over without damaging it using a saucer - cover the mold with it and carefully turn it over.

First of all, you need to deal with the fruit. It is peeled and divided in half. One of the parts is kneaded with a fork and combined with grated cottage cheese and egg. The other half is cut into pieces and also added to the general container. The resulting mass is laid out in molds and subjected to heat treatment. Prepare the curd soufflé in the microwave, turned on at maximum power, for five minutes.
With apple and raisins
This tasty and healthy delicacy does not contain a single gram of sugar, so it can be considered dietary. To prepare it, you will need:
- 200 g cottage cheese (low-fat);
- half an apple;
- large egg;
- 50 g raisins;
- a pinch of cinnamon.
The washed and peeled apple is crushed using a grater. Then it is combined with mashed cottage cheese, egg and steamed raisins. Everything is thoroughly mixed, placed in molds and sent for heat treatment. Prepare the curd soufflé in a microwave oven operating at maximum power. After about five minutes, the dessert is removed from the oven, sprinkled with cinnamon and served for breakfast.
Cottage cheese casserole in the microwave with berry sauce
The delicate taste of cottage cheese and the slight sourness of berries is the ideal combination that you can imagine. This recipe is very convenient because an incredibly tasty and very healthy dessert can be made at any time of the year in a matter of minutes. Both frozen and fresh fruits of black currants, raspberries, blackberries, cherries or, for example, blueberries can be used. The aroma of the casserole will make the whole family look forward to the delicacy, and the microwave oven will reduce the waiting time as much as possible.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 700 g.
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sugar – 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Frozen berries – 5 handfuls.
- Salt - to taste.
Cooking method:
- First of all, remove the zest from the lemon using a special device or knife, and then pass it through a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from the citrus into a separate bowl.
- Carefully separate the yolks from the whites, distributing the components into different containers. We put the latter in the refrigerator so that they can beat better, and add 2 tbsp to the first. l. lemon juice and beat well with a mixer until smooth.
- Add the required amount of cottage cheese, starch, half the zest and salt to the prepared yellow mass. Beat the ingredients thoroughly using a mixer.
- Add a pinch of salt to the chilled whites, and then beat with a mixer until a stable and dense mass is formed.
- We wash the banana and apple, dry the fruit and cut it into small pieces, removing the peel from the first and the core and seeds from the second.
- Add the whipped protein mass to the main dough, followed by the chopped apple and banana. Mix the mixture carefully with a silicone spatula from bottom to top so as not to damage the airiness of the casserole dough.
- Grease a heatproof microwave oven dish with a small amount of oil and place the prepared dough into it, spreading it evenly over the bottom. Place the casserole in a microwave oven for 12 minutes and cook at 650 watts.
Tip: if you want the casserole to be covered with a golden brown crust, then after complete cooking, select the grill mode and leave for another 5 minutes. If there is no such function, then increase the time by another 15-17 minutes.
- We take out the finished casserole and let it cool, then carefully remove it from the mold.
- At this time we are preparing the berry sauce. If you use frozen fruits, you need to take them out of the refrigerator in advance and let them thaw a little, but not completely. Then transfer the berries to a blender bowl and add sugar to taste. Grind the berries with sugar to a smooth paste.
Tip: the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the berries.
- Pass the finished mass through a sieve or cheesecloth to strain.

- Vanillin – 1 sachet.
- Butter - for greasing.
Cooking method:
- To prepare cottage cheese casserole with rice and raisins, you need to boil the cereal in advance. To do this, you need to rinse it thoroughly 7-8 times until the liquid becomes clear. Then pour the required amount of water into the pan and put it on the fire. When large bubbles appear, add the prepared cereal, a little salt and cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the rice for 10 minutes. This delicious berry dessert is ideal for a complete family breakfast. Before preparing the cottage cheese soufflé, be sure to make sure you have everything you need on hand. In this situation you will need:
- 100 g blueberries;
- 200 g cottage cheese (low-fat);
- 2 g powdered sugar;
- 1 g cinnamon;
- 1 large egg.
First you need to make cottage cheese. It is transferred to a suitable container and kneaded with a fork. The product processed in this way is supplemented with eggs and berries. Mix everything well, distribute into molds and microwave for five minutes. The finished dessert is sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon and only then served.
With cocoa
Using the technology discussed below, you get a very tasty breakfast for the whole family. It is prepared very quickly and simply. To do this you will need:
- 150 g cottage cheese of any fat content;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- ½ tsp. sweet powder;
- ½ tsp. cocoa powder;
- 1 raw egg;
- a handful of raisins.
Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar and cocoa powder in a deep container. All this is intensively processed with a blender until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. The resulting paste-like mass is supplemented with washed raisins, laid out in ceramic molds and placed in the microwave for five minutes. The finished dessert is sprinkled with sweet powder and placed on the table.
General principles for preparing cottage cheese casserole in the microwave
Cooking in the microwave eliminates burning, but there may be other problems - the consistency will be too dry or wet and crumbly. For everything to work out, be sure to take into account the subtleties of cooking in a microwave oven.
Important rules:
- Use microwave-safe glass or silicone mold. Silicone is more convenient because the finished dish can be easily removed from the mold without damaging it. The optimal volume is 1 liter.
- Before cooking, do not forget to cover the dish with a lid. If you don't have it, you can use regular cling film. Wrap the top of the pan and poke small holes with a sharp knife, fork or toothpick.
- Blanch the juicy berries before adding them to the curd mixture. Otherwise, the consistency may be too liquid.
- Grease the pan in which you will prepare the casserole with butter or vegetable oil. The walls and bottom can be sprinkled with wheat flour, semolina or breadcrumbs.
- It is preferable to carry out the baking process at a power of 800 W.
- After the time has elapsed, do not open the microwave oven door for a few more minutes.
Please note that in the microwave the crust will always be pale and will not brown. You can neutralize the pallor by pouring sauce before serving or adding cocoa or food coloring to the dough.
