It is believed that this should be done with your hands, stretching the dough from side to side with smooth movements. The process is not easy, but if you get the hang of it, you can do it no worse than a real master! So watch how to cook pizza in the oven using dough, just like in a pizzeria, and feel free to get down to business. Fluffy pizza crust recipe
Fluffy base for pizza
Thin crust pizza is considered a classic version, but there are a huge number of people who prefer this dish with fluffy dough. The pizza dough recipe is not that complicated. It’s enough to know some little tricks and have the right set of ingredients, which we’ll talk about below.
Ingredients
To prepare a lush base we need:
- one and a half glasses of water (warm);
- a package of dry yeast, which you can also replace with live yeast;
- three tablespoons of oil (olive);
- half a kilogram of flour;
- one teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
This is a quick pizza dough. To prepare it, you do not need to divide and mix the ingredients several times.
- First we need to mix the dry ingredients. To do this we take flour, salt and yeast.
- Mix everything thoroughly. Add water and olive oil.
- Mix the dough with a spoon and then with your hand. As a result, you should have a dough that is quite elastic, but not sticky to your hands.
- After the dough is ready, wrap the bowl with a waffle towel or cover with cling film and put it in a warm place to rise. The dough should rest for approximately half an hour to an hour.
- After the dough has at least doubled in size, knead it lightly again and divide it into three equal parts.
- Roll out each dough ball and brush with your favorite sauce. Next, fill the workpiece with ingredients and send it to the oven, which must be preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees in advance.
- It will take you an average of half an hour to prepare this pizza. But please note that each oven bakes differently. Therefore, it is worth systematically checking to see if the pizza is burnt without opening the door.
- As soon as the pizza is ready, take it out, let it cool slightly and enjoy the excellent taste of your favorite dish.
There are a huge number of pizza base recipes. But, as practice shows, it is very difficult to choose one that is truly worthwhile. We hope our recipes helped you and

Thin pizza dough
Thin pizza dough
Ingredients
To prepare a thin base we need:
- two tablespoons of sugar;
- half a liter of water;
- small package of dry yeast. By the way, if you don’t have any in the house, you can replace dry yeast with fresh yeast (50 grams);
- six tablespoons of olive oil;
- a teaspoon of salt.
This amount of ingredients will be enough to prepare four good Italian pizzas at once, which is enough for the whole family.
Cooking steps
It won’t take you much time to prepare thin pizza dough like you’d get in a pizzeria. But, you must be extremely careful with the dosage so that the base turns out perfect, rolls out well and does not crack.
- First, take water and slightly warm it to room temperature. Do not overdo it; too high a temperature will not activate the yeast, but rather suppress it.
- We take two hundred and fifty milliliters of water and send it to a non-metallic container. Pour in the yeast and sugar, mix lightly and leave for a couple of minutes. While the dough is “resting”, move on to the next step.
- Pour the remaining water into another bowl and add salt. Mix thoroughly until it is completely dissolved.
- Take a fairly deep plate and pour all the flour into it. By the way, don’t forget to sift it a couple of times to avoid getting various food debris and lumps.
- Next, make a hole in the flour and pour in first the water with the yeast, then with the salt. Without stirring, add olive oil.
- After this, you need to first use a whisk, and then use your hands, to knead the mass. This will take you at least ten minutes, but believe me, the result is worth it. As a result, you should have a dense mass that does not stick to your hands.
- Now we need to lightly sprinkle the container in which the dough will rise with flour and send it there. Cover with a towel, or best of all, wrap with film.
- We remove the plate with the dough to a warm place and leave it there for an hour to an hour and a half so that the mass rises.
- After the time has passed, open the bowl and knead the dough thoroughly again. Divide it into equal four parts and roll it out into the required shape.
- Place on a baking sheet or mold, having previously greased it with olive oil or lined it with parchment paper and greased with sauce. Next, it’s up to your imagination and gastronomic preferences - add your favorite ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to two hundred or two hundred and twenty degrees and place the future pizza there for fifteen minutes. We advise you to adhere to the temperature specified in the recipe so that the filling has time to prepare and the dough does not rise.
Ready! Now all that remains is to cool the dish a little, and in the meantime prepare your favorite drinks. But, be careful, this thin crust pizza has an incredible aroma, so you need to keep an eye on it!
