  • 250 grams of crab sticks

You can take crab meat or sticks, I always take a few packs in advance, throw them in the freezer, and let them wait in the wings, otherwise before the holidays you can stand in our stores for a day and waste time.

Before cooking, I defrost them, remove the film and cut them into cubes. There is a frozen and chilled product.

Read the ingredients before purchasing, check the expiration date of the product, do not take cheap ones, take better ones.

My mother-in-law taught me how to boil rice, so that it does not stick together, you need to add 2-3 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil to the water in which it is boiled.

I take round rice, pour it into boiling water, add salt, and cook until tender, then put it in a colander and let the liquid drain. To get a glass of cooked rice, you need to take at least half a glass of raw rice.

But it all depends on the volume and number of guests for whom you are preparing snacks. Be sure to cool it, and only then add it to the dish.

Eggs, even in Africa, I like eggs better with homemade dishes, but they are so expensive before the holidays, I buy them at the store. I boil it hard, cool it, peel it, cut it.

My mother-in-law is a jack of all trades, another life hack from her, for better cleaning, throw a spoonful of salt into the water when cooking, and also, immediately drain the boiling water and pour over cold water.

Nowadays it’s no longer news to get vegetables in the middle of winter; they are specially grown for the holidays. But don’t be upset if you didn’t buy it or couldn’t find it, they are usually tasteless. Sorry, but unfortunately you can’t remove the words from the song. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, don’t forget to open the corn and strain off the marinade. Sometimes we start saving; we don’t need to do this so as not to spoil the impression of the dish. Take canned sugar varieties, delicate ones.

Chop the green onions, if you have them, no, you can finely chop the onion, or do without it. Add sauce only before serving and nothing else, otherwise everything will drain.

Once prepared in advance, put it in the refrigerator, but do not forget to cover it with film or place it in an airtight container. I don’t put pepper, black and white are not appropriate here, you can add salt to taste.
