  • Mayonnaise sauce – 100 gr.

Preparation:

We boil the eggs, we can take quail or chicken eggs, peel them, cut them. Chop the crab sticks into small strips. We cut the cheese identically into large, not long strips. Cut the green apple into strips and brush with lemon juice so that the apples do not darken. Place the prepared products in a bowl along with croutons and season the salad with mayonnaise sauce. Salt and pepper at your discretion.

Mushroom salad with kirieshki – “Lesovik”

Ingredients needed to prepare the salad:

  • kirieshki crackers – 90-110 g
  • mushrooms – 190 g
  • sour cream – 4 tablespoons
  • lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • green onions - 6-8 feathers
  • fine grain salt
  • Bay leaf
  • leaf salad
  • ground black pepper

Peel, wash, chop and boil the mushrooms together with spices until cooked. Cut the green onion into pieces no more than 1 cm long.

Cut lettuce into squares. Combine everything, add kirieshek. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Season with low-fat sour cream. To stir thoroughly. Decorate with squares of green leaf lettuce.

Hemingway salad

If you want to treat yourself to something tasty and inexpensive, then this salad is just for you. Hemingway himself, after whom the dish is named, would certainly have appreciated it.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 200 gr.;
  • Cucumber – 2 pieces;
  • Canned corn – 1 can;
  • Crackers – 1-2 packs;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt, pepper to your taste;
  • Pickled onion – 1 piece;

For the marinade:

  • Vinegar - Art. l.;
  • Sugar, salt - 0.5 tbsp. l.;
  • Water – 250.0 ml.

Preparation:

First, let's take care of the onions, which we will pickle. The marinade requires water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. We cut the onion into half rings as standard, then combine: sugar, salt with water, and bring it all to a boil, add vinegar as soon as the mixture starts to boil. Add the resulting marinade to the onion and let it brew for half an hour. Let's start preparing the salad - chop crab sticks, fresh cucumber and mix it all with already pickled onions. Add corn, crackers, mayonnaise. After we pepper or add salt, stir. The salad is ready!

Nutritious salad with kirieshka and beef liver

Ingredients needed to prepare the salad:

  • beef liver - 325 g
  • croutons with garlic kirieshki - 1 pack
  • red onion - 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • olive mayonnaise
  • parsley

Cut the liver into cubes, fry in oil until cooked with onions. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices. Tear the parsley with your hands.

Connect everything. Add kirieshek. Season with mayonnaise. Mix dynamically. Garnish with chopped onion rings and parsley.

Salad “Pineapple Miracle”

Pineapple is an overseas product that adds a royal taste to any dish. For salads, pineapples, canned ones are used. This product leaves a sweet aftertaste, making the salad seem incredibly filling.

Ingredients:

  • Canned pineapples – 200 gr.;
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Crackers – 80 gr.;
  • Crab sticks – 150 gr.;
  • Parsley - a small bunch;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation:

Grind the crab sticks on a grater, and do the same with the pre-boiled eggs. Take cubes of pineapples in a jar. Chop the greens. We take rye crackers; the ideal option would be the taste of greens with sour cream. We combine everything in a bowl and season with mayonnaise or sour cream, whichever you like best.

It is recommended to serve the food immediately after cooking. The crackers will not soften and will have a pleasant crunch.

Salad "Courageous"

The combination of all products gives an incredible, manly taste to the dish. Which will not leave any man indifferent, and women will beg for the recipe for this miracle salad.

Ingredients:

  • Corn - 1 can;
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr.;
  • Crackers – 1 pack;
  • Peas – 1 can;
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 pieces;
  • Greens – 1 bunch;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Place the peas and corn in a container, having first strained the brine. Add finely chopped onions and herbs, cook the tomatoes in large pieces. We prepare crab sticks the way you like best (in rings, strips, cubes). Season the combined ingredients with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to your own taste.

Chicken salad with kirieshki

Ingredients needed to prepare the salad:

  • kirieshki – 1 pack
  • canned peas – 1 jar
  • chicken fillet – 190 g
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • low-fat sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons
  • spices to taste

Boil chicken fillet in lightly salted water. Let the meat cool, then cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely with a knife.

Mix the ingredients. Add peas and any spices to taste. Season with sour cream. Mix. Place a beautiful pattern on the surface of the salad using kirieshki and green peas.

Salad with crab sticks and croutons “Quick”

Such salads are always valuable in the kitchen of any housewife. Moreover, I don’t want to lose my status as a sophisticated housewife and cook. The dish is prepared very quickly, but it turns out divinely delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 100 gr.;
  • Cubes of crackers – 80 gr.;
  • Corn - 1 can;
  • Beans in their own juice – 1 can;
  • Greenery;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Cook crab sticks on a grater. Chop the greens. We combine beans, corn, crab sticks, herbs, crackers and season with mayonnaise. We can add spices to taste. Woo-a-la and the salad is ready!

It is recommended to serve the salad in portions in transparent salad bowls on a stem. You can decorate with olives, or put a slice of lemon on the salad bowl.
