You will need:
4 eggs, 300 g minced meat, 4 tbsp.
milk, 100 g sour cream, 2 pickled cucumbers, herbs, spices. Preparation:
Mix sour cream with crushed garlic and finely chopped dill. Season the minced meat and divide it into 4 parts, and cut the cucumbers into strips. Roll the minced meat into flat cakes using a rolling pin through the film.

Turn the frying pan over medium heat and fry the Brizol on both sides.
Please note that the heat should not be high, as the egg will burn and the minced meat will not cook through. And we don’t need burnt Brizoli at all!
Transfer the prepared, fried Brizol to a plate and carefully roll it into a roll. For example, you can roll grated cheese into the middle of the rolls.
