  • chicken broth – ½ tbsp.;
  • “Russian” cheese – 80-90 g;
  • cream (medium fat content) – 2/3 tbsp.;
  • salt, pepper and oil.

Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. The process starts with processing the pork. The meat is washed, dried, and then cut into medium pieces. For example, in cubes, as for gravy.

  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • tomato juice - 400 ml;
  • dried basil - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation

  1. Cook large pasta until half cooked, rinse it.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, fry chopped chicken, garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
  6. Add wine and tomato juice to the meat in the pan, simmer the mixture under the lid for 20 minutes over low heat.
  7. 2 minutes before the end of stewing, add basil, pepper and salt.
  8. Place pasta in an even layer on a deep baking sheet or baking dish.
  9. Top with meat in wine sauce.

Dishes made from pasta are always quick, satisfying and tasty. Today, dear friends, I want to bring to your attention one of my favorite dishes - pasta with meat in onion sauce. It's really very tasty. You can serve a salad of fresh vegetables with pasta and meat.

Ingredients:

  • pasta of any shape - 250 gr.,
  • water - about 2 liters,
  • pork pulp - 300 gr.,
  • a piece of lard (50 gr.) or 1 tbsp. spoon of fat
  • one large onion
  • tomatoes (3 pcs.) or tomato juice - 150 ml.,
  • spices: salt, pepper, curry - to taste,
  • drain butter - 10 gr.,
  • green onions,
  • water or broth - a couple of tablespoons.

How to cook:

Boil pasta (horns, spirals, stars) in plenty of salted water.

I used vermicelli. It cooks quickly, but despite this, I have the same technology for preparing pasta: after boiling water, cook the pasta for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly so that the pasta does not stick together. Then turn off the heat and let the pasta sit under the lid closed for about 10 minutes. Then stir the swollen pasta, tip it into a colander so that all the water drains and you can lightly rinse the pasta with cold water. Transfer to a saucepan and season with a piece of plum. oils so as not to stick together.

During this time, you can prepare the onion sauce and fry the pork. To do this, wash the pork pulp, dry it or wipe it with a paper towel and cut it into small portions.

But for now, you need to cut the lard into thin slices and fry them in a hot frying pan on both sides. When they have released all their fat, the cracklings can be discarded, and pieces of chopped pork can be fried in the resulting fat over high heat. They will immediately begin to develop a beautiful golden brown crust, so don’t forget to stir the contents of the pan. Afterwards, reduce the heat and fry the meat for about 5 minutes, salting it to taste.

Next, using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried meat to a plate, and in a frying pan with the remaining juice from the meat and fat, fry the finely chopped onion. Add tomato juice or tomatoes to the sautéed onions.

If these are tomatoes, they need to be immersed in hot water for one minute in advance, after making two cuts on them. Then cool and peel. Then grind with a blender or finely chop. You need to simmer the onion and tomato for a short time, season with spices to taste and add finely chopped green onions. If the sauce is thick, add water or broth. Stir and remove from heat.

Now pasta with meat in onion sauce can be served. For the second one, put pasta in each plate, pour onion sauce and add fried pork. Looks delicious, doesn't it?
