How to deliciously fry pork in pieces in a frying pan with mustard?

What you need to have:

  • Meat – 600-700 gr. (any part of pork)
  • Classic soy sauce (small amount)
  • Pepper mixture – 1 tsp.
  • Onion – 1 pc. (large, white)
  • Dijon mustard – 1-2 tbsp. (with whole grains)
  • Garlic – a few cloves

How to cook:

  • Cut the meat into not very large pieces, preferably oblong ones.
  • Cut the onion into half rings and add to the frying pan with the meat.
  • Pour soy sauce over the meat, squeeze out the garlic, add spices and mustard.
  • Simmer the meat over low heat for about 15-30 minutes

Adviсe:

  • For cooking, choose only fresh and not previously frozen meat
  • The fattier the meat you choose, the juicier it will be when cooked.
  • Pre-marinated meat will be much juicier
  • The marinade can be prepared from mayonnaise, soy sauce, water, tomato juice with vinegar or soda (not sweet).
  • You should make a crust on the meat at the beginning of cooking the dish (that is, immediately fry it and then simmer).
