  • Pasta – 300 g (choose the brand to your taste);
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Minced meat (preferably beef) – 600 g;
  • Beans – 1 tbsp.
  • Onions – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt is at your discretion.

What we do:

  1. First, soak the beans in water for several hours, and then cook them over moderate heat for 30-40 minutes.
  2. At the same time, prepare the minced meat: cut the onion into cubes and squeeze out the garlic.
  3. Place these ingredients in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the minced meat and fry, stirring with a spatula, for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Then add beans, tomato paste and leave for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Add some boiled water to the frying pan, pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for 7 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  8. Then add the required amount of pasta and cook until done according to the instructions on the package.
  9. Drain the water from the pasta and pour it into the frying pan, mixing all the ingredients.

Stewed beef in tomato sauce in a slow cooker

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • 700 grams of beef;
  • two onions;
  • one carrot;
  • 50 grams of tomato paste;
  • 1 large spoon of flour;
  • oil – 30 ml;
  • spices as desired;
  • don't forget the salt.

  • Chicken fillet – 300 g;

How to cook:

  2. Fry over low heat.

Pasta with green beans

Appetizing pasta with green beans can be served for lunch and dinner. This dish is healthy, as it concentrates microelements beneficial to human health.

Ingredients:

  • pasta (tubules) – 500 gr.;
  • beans (green) – 180 gr.;

  • garlic – 1 clove;
