As you noticed, there is nothing superfluous here. Cocoa, butter and nuts have been removed from the recipe. The remaining ingredients are very accessible and not expensive.
Let's take:
- 2 bars of chocolate (milk and dark),
- a little milk (chocolate can be melted in the microwave or in a water bath without milk),
- 1/2 can of condensed milk,
- 300 grams of shortbread cookies.
1. Let's make chocolate bars. Break both things into pieces. Place them in a saucepan and add a couple of tablespoons of milk.
Melt the mixture over medium heat on the stove. It’s better not to bring it to a boil; we want smooth and beautiful hot chocolate.
2. Then mix it with half a can of condensed milk. Mix until smooth, it is convenient to do this with a whisk.
It is better to take shortbread cookies, they crumble well and have a creamy taste. Most often they take the types “Yubileinoe”, “For coffee”, etc.
3. Take a plastic bag and pour the cookies inside.
We roll over them with a rolling pin, then we get the fractions that we need.
Pour mixture into chocolate mixture and stir.
Take waxed parchment and place the dough on it.
4. With wet hands, form a sausage. We twist the ends into candy and freeze the treat for 4 hours.
Then remove from the freezer and slice before serving with tea. Can also be stored in the refrigerator.

For the cakes you will need the simplest ingredients:
- condensed milk - one can;
- egg - one piece;
- flour - three glasses;
- soda - one teaspoon (quench with vinegar).
The recipe for this dessert is very simple. The ingredients are mixed in a bowl. The result is a dense dough. It is divided into several parts (usually there are eight) and each is rolled into a ball. Then, on a table dusted with flour, a thin cake from one bun is rolled out.
For baking, use a dry frying pan without adding oil. The cake is fried on both sides. Do the same with all the balls. Since the dough is rolled out thin, each cake is prepared very quickly. The resulting cakes need to be trimmed along the edges to give them the same size and shape. The crumbs can then be used for sprinkling.

Napoleon is so popular that it has several cooking methods. One of them is without baking, which is what I want to tell you about today. The above ingredients yield a dessert weighing about 2 kg. Enough for everyone!
Ingredients:
- cookies “ears” – 800 grams;
- walnuts – 200 grams;
- milk – 1 liter;
- eggs – 4 pieces;
- butter – 225 grams;
- sugar – 150-200 grams;
- vanilla sugar – 10 grams;
- flour – 60-80 grams;
- dark chocolate – 50 grams.
Preparation:
1. Mix 100 ml of milk with eggs and flour and beat until smooth.
2. Pour vanilla sugar and granulated sugar into the remaining 900 ml and place on the stove. Watch carefully; the mixture should not boil for more than one minute.
Use thick-bottomed containers to prevent the milk from burning.
3. Stirring constantly, pour the previously prepared mixture into the hot milk.
4. Place on the heat again until thickened. Let the cream simmer in the pan for a minute. It turns out very fragrant!
5. To prevent our cream from getting crusty on top, cover it with cling film and let it cool completely.
6. Beat the softened butter until white, then start adding a spoonful of cream to it, continuing to beat.
7. Now we can smoothly move on to assembling the cake. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and place the “ears” compactly. Cover them with a layer of cream and sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
8. Repeat the steps. Crumble the remaining cookies onto the last layer of cream.
9. Place the mold in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Decorate with crumbs and melted dark chocolate with butter. The result was a beautiful and delicate “Napoleon”!

- 90 g cocoa powder;
- 150 g butter;
- 150 g boiled condensed milk.
Quick and easy cooking method:
- Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave overnight at room temperature. By the time you start cooking, it should become soft and creamy.
- Beat the butter with a delicate creamy consistency with a mixer with boiled condensed milk into an airy cream. Separately add cookie crumbs and cocoa powder and stir. Combine cream and dry ingredients.
- Carefully stir or knead the mass, form it into an oblong cylinder and after hardening in the refrigerator, you can serve it with tea.
You can prepare a confectionery sausage not only in the form of a cylinder; you can also form candy balls from the mass, and each of them, for example, can be dipped in chocolate glaze or hidden inside a nut. A large sausage can be prepared with a filling of boiled condensed milk, thick jam or marmalade.
