Is it possible to reheat yesterday's rice for cooking?

Pancakes with rice and onions

Flourless pancakes will diversify your usual diet. You will need:

  • 500 grams of boiled rice;
  • 2 onions;
  • egg;
  • a glass of semolina;
  • salt;
  • oil for frying.

Cooking steps:

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into medium cubes. Mix with rice porridge and blend with a blender until smooth.
