Cooking method:

  1. Grate the cheese.

  5. Spread the pita bread on the table with a thin layer of mayonnaise, leaving the edges ungreased.

  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • mayonnaise - 250-300 g
  • dill - 1 bunch

Cooking method:

  1. Drain the gravy from the canned food, pour the fish into a plate and mash with a fork.
  2. Boil the eggs and also mash (or grate). Grate the cheese.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped herbs.
  4. Lay out the first pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise and herbs (conditionally divide all the mayonnaise into 3 parts).
  5. Spread the canned food evenly on top. Place the second one on top of the first pita bread. Grease it again with mayonnaise and herbs and lay out the eggs.
  6. Cover the second pita bread with the third. Lubricate it with the rest of the mayonnaise and spread the cheese.
  7. Carefully roll the lavash layers into a roll, pressing down a little while rolling, as if compacting it.
  8. During the process, the roll may crack (if the lavash is very thin) - don’t worry, after standing in the refrigerator, the snack will harden and the cracks will not interfere with accurate slicing.
  9. Transfer the roll to a cutting board or large flat plate and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  10. Cut the matured roll into slices 1-1.5 cm thick and serve.

Preparation

The recipe for this snack uses mayonnaise, but it can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • lavash 3 sheets
  • hard cheese 200 g
  • boiled eggs 4 pcs.
  • soft processed cheese type "Yantar" 150 g
  • crab sticks 200 g
  • mayonnaise 150 g
  • dill
  • garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking method:

  1. We will need 3 sheets of pita bread. Thinly grease the first sheet with mayonnaise.

Now we proceed directly to preparing the omelette in pita bread in a frying pan. Do not pour any sunflower oil into the bottom of the dish! We will fry the pita bread in butter. It is enough to place a couple of small pieces on the bottom of the frying pan so that the pita bread does not burn, is well fried and acquires a pleasant creamy taste in the crust. Spread the pita bread on the frying pan. Pour the prepared egg mixture with herbs, cheese and garlic on top. At this stage, you can also add a piece of butter to the egg mixture.

When the omelette sticks slightly, close it with the remaining edges of the pita bread. Coat the top of the pita bread with melted butter. Fry on each side for a couple of minutes. Serve with fresh tomatoes and herbs.

Simple lavash roll with sprats and egg

The products we need today can most likely be found in any refrigerator. The only thing you will need to purchase is Armenian lavash. It must be fresh, otherwise the dough will break and crumble when rolled.

Ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash – 2 pieces;
  • sprats – 1 jar;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • hard cheese – 100 grams;
  • green onions - a bunch;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We start cooking by cutting a sheet of pita bread into halves.
  2. Grease one half with mayonnaise. It is very convenient to use a silicone brush for this.
  3. Grind 50 grams of cheese through a fine grater and distribute it evenly over the mayonnaise.
  4. Cover the workpiece with the second half of the pita bread.
  5. Lubricate the sheet again with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  6. Place 1 boiled egg on top, previously crushed through a fine grater.

  3. Crab sticks and processed cheese should be grated on a fine grater. Mix them and then add chopped herbs and eggs. Season the mixture with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
  4. Chinese cabbage leaves should be finely chopped, mixed with a tablespoon of mayonnaise or sauce, and pre-chopped garlic cloves should be added to them.
  5. In advance, you should give the pita bread a rectangular shape by cutting off the curves. You need to assemble it into a roll as follows: 1 layer of mayonnaise or sauce, Chinese cabbage with garlic, a mixture of crab sticks, cheese curds, herbs and eggs.
