Since this factor depends on what type of meat product (pork, chicken, etc.) is used in cooking, as well as the presence of additional ingredients. But in any case, the frying time on one side does not exceed half an hour, and on average is 15-20 minutes. Step-by-step recipes will describe in more detail all the necessary information.

Step-by-step recipe with photos

We prepare the ingredients - defrost the meat, peel the onions and carrots (if you like, you can also use garlic), choose the spices. I used the usual mixture of peppers for meat

Cut the meat into pieces approximately 5x5 centimeters in size (can be smaller 4x4 cm)

Add sunflower oil to a plate, mix it with spices

Place the prepared pieces of meat into the marinade, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate. If you have time, you can put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours. If time is short, then we just put it aside.

Chop carrots and onions. You can cut the carrots, and if you like them smaller, you can grate them. You can cut the onion into half rings, but I don’t like it so large, then I cut it into quarter rings

Place the onions and carrots in the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode and fry for about 10-15 minutes with the lid open and stirring. We check readiness by the transparency of the onion - it should become translucent

Place the meat in the multicooker bowl directly with the onions and carrots, fry it for 10-15 minutes with the lid open (if you like a more toasted crust, cook longer, if you like it less fried, cook less)

Turn the pieces of meat over to the other side. At the same time, stir the onions and carrots so that they don’t burn. Fry again for 10-15 minutes with the lid open.

I don’t like overcooked meat, so I cooked it for 10 minutes on each side.

The meat is fried, but it is advisable to make it even softer. Therefore, add water to the multicooker bowl - about ¼ multi-cup. Set the “Stew” program (you can “Soup”), close the lid and simmer the meat for 30-40 minutes.

The finished dish is served with a side dish - pasta, rice, buckwheat. For taste, you can add dill and parsley.

  • carrot;
  • onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • chicken seasonings;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking method

  1. Mix pepper, salt and selected seasonings in any container (do not overdo it).
  2. Divide the chicken carcass into separate pieces and roll in the prepared seasoning mixture.
  3. Move the meat aside so that the seasoning is absorbed and infused for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Chop the vegetables, preferably finely, but you can chop them coarsely if desired.
  5. Grease the container of the kitchen appliance with oil and place the vegetables inside.
  6. Immediately add the chicken to the slow cooker and stir the ingredients.
