It turns out very tasty, and the calorie content remains at the same level.

Recipe for cabbage pancakes with semolina

Semolina will allow the cakes to keep their shape well. Do not be afraid that adding cereal will greatly increase the calorie content of the dish. For 100 gr. The yummy product will be only 88 kcal. so help yourself to your health!

Necessary:

  • Forks – 600 gr.
  • Semolina – 40 gr.
  • Onion.
  • Egg (if small specimens, then a couple).
  • Butter – 30 gr.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves.
  • Greens - a bunch.
  • Pepper, oil, salt.

How to do:

  1. Chop the fork into thin shavings and blanch for 5-10 minutes, depending on the “age” of the cabbage. For a young vegetable, this moment can be skipped.
  2. Fold back and let the liquid drain.
  3. Melt the butter in the frying pan, splashing in a little sunflower oil. Chop the onion and fry until transparent.
  4. Add onion to cabbage. Beat an egg into a bowl, add semolina, chopped herbs, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the dough thoroughly and leave for half an hour so that the semolina has time to swell.
  6. Spoon the dough into the hot oil in a frying pan, forming something like cutlets.
  7. Fry on both sides until nicely browned.
