Step by step recipe:

To create a spicy marinade, pour soy sauce and balsamic vinegar into a bowl.

Add a spoonful of honey and grainy mustard.

Pepper the marinade, stir well to obtain a marinade of uniform consistency.

Cut off the outer joints of the wings, leaving the meaty shoulder portion. Rinse thoroughly, blot dry, and place in a bowl.

Pour in the marinade and mix well with your hands.

Cover with a lid or cling film and hide on the refrigerator shelf. After 30 minutes, remove and proceed to the next step. During marinating, I advise you to turn the hangers a couple of times so that they are soaked evenly on all sides.

Lightly oil the bottom of a heatproof dish and place the turkey pieces in rows.

Drizzle melted butter on top.

Pour over the remaining soy marinade.

Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven, preheated to 190 ° C. Baking time is 45-50 minutes, depending on the size of the turkey shoulders and the capabilities of your oven.

While cooking, drizzle the marinade over the wings several times to ensure they are juicy when baked.
