5. Pour sunflower or olive oil into a heated frying pan, then add chicken fillet and fry for 5-7 minutes on all sides.

6. Add mushrooms to the chicken, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.

7. Add spices. I have Provençal herbs, hot curry, salt and pepper. You can use any seasonings you like. Stir and keep on fire for another 2 minutes.

8. While the chicken with mushrooms is fried, wash and chop the leeks. It can be fried together with meat, but I added it directly to the slow cooker, so it turns out more flavorful and not fried, but this is not for everyone. Whoever likes it.
