  • Chicken wings – 9 pcs.
  • Soy sauce, sunflower oil, tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Paprika, ground black and red pepper, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

1. First of all, we should prepare the marinade. There is nothing complicated about this. Immediately combine the sauce with pasta and butter in a large deep bowl, then add at least a pinch of spices (adjust the amount to your taste) and whisk thoroughly until smooth.

If desired, you can add a garlic clove passed through a press or add other favorite poultry seasonings.

2. We inspect each chicken wing for any remaining feathers and be sure to pluck them out so that they do not spoil the appearance of the dish. Then rinse well under running water and remove the remaining droplets with pieces of paper towel. We send the meat product to the prepared marinade and roll it thoroughly.

3. Seal the bowl with the contents with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, but preferably a couple of hours, so that the meat fibers soften and absorb the spicy aromas.
