Preparation:

To make the herring fillet as tender as possible, it should be wrapped in cling film and lightly beaten with a mallet.
Now we roll the fillet into a roll, which we then wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After this time, remove the roll from the refrigerator, peel off the film and cut into circles.
Cut the black bread into slices about 1 cm thick, and then cut out circles from them. These circles should be dried in the oven quite a bit and then cooled. Canapes “Exotic”
This dish cannot be called very popular, because it combines two products such as kiwi and herring. However, despite the specific taste, such canapés undoubtedly have their fans.
Ingredients:
- Black bread - 150 gr.
- Kiwi - 2 pcs.
- Pickled herring - 200 gr.
- Soft processed cheese - to taste
Preparation:
Cut the bread into small cubes and grease each of them with cheese. We clean the kiwi and cut it into slices. Place a circle of kiwi on top of the prepared bread, and a piece of herring on top of it. Pierce the finished canapé with a skewer.
