I present to you a very light layered chicken breast salad with fresh cucumbers, I supplemented it with tomatoes. The result was a gorgeous, fresh appetizer. I cooked it in a transparent salad bowl, placing one layer on top of another.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of boiled chicken breast
  • 3 fresh cucumbers
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 200 grams of hard cheese
  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 70 grams of mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Chicken fillet should be thrown into boiling salted water, add spices and herbs as desired and to taste.

Boil until tender and cool. Can be stored in broth if boiled in advance. This product is stored in the refrigerator. This way, the meat will be softer and juicier, and will not become chapped. When you decide to prepare a snack, simply remove it from the broth onto a plate and use it.

I boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils, then drain the boiling water and add cold water. After cooling, I clean them. Also, I have prepared other products. Vegetables need to be washed.

When everything is ready, you need to think about what container you will use to assemble the dish, because we lay out the chicken breast salad with tomatoes in layers. I took a transparent salad bowl. I use store-bought mayonnaise, but you can replace it with homemade mayonnaise.

I grated the eggs as the first layer and distributed them into a glass dish. Brush with sauce.

I cut the chicken fillet into pieces, it can be larger or smaller, it all depends on your preferences. I put it on the eggs, salt and pepper on top. Don't forget about the sauce, I have 30% fat. But you can use any fat content.

Place grated cucumber on the chicken and distribute it. If it is very juicy, then squeeze out the juice with clean hands. You can lubricate this layer or not lubricate it.

I cut the tomatoes into pieces, cutting off the area at the stem. I lay it out in a layer, again, you can lubricate it or not. Also, please note that if the vegetable is juicy, you don’t have to use the middle, but only chop the skin.

Most often, herring under a fur coat is prepared with beets. But you can also combine chicken with this vegetable and it will turn out delicious and festive. In this case, you do not need to cut fillets and remove small bones, as when working with fish.

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • beets - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Boil carrots and beets until tender. This should be done in salted water, preferably in separate pans. Boil eggs and chicken too.

If you want, you can bake meat and vegetables in the oven in foil.

2.Take a ring in which you will collect the salad. These could be the sides of a removable mold. Lubricate the inside with vegetable oil so that you can easily remove the ring.
