Hot buns with sausage and cheese are ready!
Stuffed buns in the oven
For breakfast or as a snack, you can prepare stuffed buns with different fillings, baked in the oven. You can make the buns yourself or buy them in the store, because they are inexpensive. Stuffed buns are not only filling, but also very tasty and appetizing. You can use any filling, whatever you like in the refrigerator, you can use quail or chicken eggs.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Cut off the top of the buns and remove the crumb from the middle. We should have a cup.
Grease the bottom of the buns with curd cheese (you can use sour cream, for example, instead of cheese).
Line the bottom and sides of the buns with thin slices of sausage.
Add tomato pieces. I used cherry tomatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. If you are using a regular tomato, just cut it into cubes.
Place the melted cheese (I rolled each piece of cheese 2 times) on top of the tomato.
Separate the yolk from the white. If you use quail eggs, you can place the entire egg in the bun. Carefully pour the yolk into the edge of the bun. If desired, salt and pepper the yolk. Transfer the buns to an ovenproof dish.
Carefully cover the filling with a bread lid and place in the preheated oven. Bake the stuffed buns at 180 degrees until the yolk sets slightly. I baked for 10 minutes.
An appetizing, very tasty stuffed bun will appeal to both children and adults; we serve it hot. The recipe is simple and very successful; you can experiment endlessly using the products that are in the refrigerator. It’s very convenient - you stuff the buns with filling, place them in the oven, wait until they’re ready, and you can enjoy a hearty and tasty breakfast or snack.

Sweet bagels with jam
You can use any filling in this dish, but in this recipe I use ingredients that I have in my kitchen. Therefore, I will take thick jam from twisted strawberries.
Ingredients:
- Water – 350 ml;
- Flour – 650 gr.;
- Dry yeast – 11 gr. (fresh – 33 gr.);
- Sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- Vanillin – 1 pinch;
- Salt – 1 teaspoon;
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.;
- Butter – 90 gr.;
- Jam - for filling.
Preparation:
1. The water needs to be warm. It’s easy to determine the temperature; just dip your finger into it. He should be pleased.
Remember that when working with yeast, the products must always be warm. This way they will be more active.
2. Pour the liquid into a large and deep bowl. Add yeast to them. Leave for 1 minute so that they dissolve a little.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 6 flour from the total amount. Mix with a whisk. Leave for 15 minutes until a yeast cap appears on the mixture.
4. Now we will add all the other ingredients according to the recipe: salt, remaining sugar, vanillin, melted and cooled butter.
5. Add flour in parts. This will make it easier to knead. First we use a spoon and then our hands.
The bun dough shouldn't be too dense, so don't over-flour it.
When you have used up the flour, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead it a little more. Then transfer to a greased bowl and cover with cling film. put in a warm place for 1.5 hours. It should increase in volume by 4 - 5 times.

Video recipe with a step-by-step process for preparing airy filled buns:
Airy buns in the oven with filling. Step by step recipe
1. Stir the yeast in warm milk, add sugar, salt and yolks at once.
2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. I advise you to add 2/3 of the total amount. First, since the flour is different and its quantity may vary slightly.
3. Add soft butter and stir in the remaining flour. The dough should be soft but hold its shape. Knead with your hands for about 3 minutes.
4. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Wash dried apples (you can use other dried fruits) several times with water. Fill with clean water and bring to a boil, let them swell. Take it out (you can make a compote from the remaining water - just add sugar) and let it cool.
6. Pass the dried fruits through a meat grinder, add sugar to taste and, if you like, cinnamon. The filling is ready!
7. The dough has risen, knead it and divide it into 12 (16) parts. Roll each piece into a ball. Roll out the dough not very thin, lightly dusting it with flour. We make cuts on both sides and put the filling along them.
8. We thread one eye into the other and fix them on the sides. Leave the buns on the baking sheet to proof for 20 minutes before baking.
9. Gently brush the buns with dried fruits with a mixture of yolk and milk and immediately place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. The buns are soft, airy, rosy and delicious. Bon appetit!
