Cooking method

  • Soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • Wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Orange zest - 1 tsp;
  • Apple - 5 pcs.

How to cook:

Pour kefir over oatmeal and leave for 30 minutes.

Add zest and soda to the oatmeal-kefir mixture. While the reaction of soda with kefir is underway, peel the apples. IMPORTANT! If you use milk and sour cream, then pour the oatmeal with milk, and “quench” the soda in the sour cream.

It is best to take apples that are sweet and sour and aromatic. It has long been noted that the tastier the apples, the tastier the pie)) Cut the apples into cubes. Or whatever you prefer.

Beat the eggs and sugar well with a mixer.

Mix the oat mixture with the egg mixture. This should be done carefully with a spoon or spatula. Not with a mixer! Add sifted flour. And mix gently.

Pour the dough into a baking dish or multicooker bowl. Lightly grease the bottom of the mold with oil. Bake for 40 minutes in the “Baking” mode or in the oven.

Preparation steps:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.

  4. Grind the yolks and the second part of the sweetener together.
  5. Add all other dry ingredients to the yolks, beat well until smooth.
  6. Carefully combine the mixture with the whites and mix - this is very important, otherwise you won’t get an airy consistency!
  7. Cut the fruits, peeled and cored, into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  8. Place apple slices in a non-stick baking dish.
  9. Fill with dough.

Bake in the oven for half an hour at 200 degrees Celsius. Serve with the charlotte apples facing up.

Apple charlotte made from oat flakes

Oatmeal charlotte will appeal to those fans of healthy baked goods who don’t like to spend a long time in the kitchen. The recipe is easy to prepare and does not take much time.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • apples – 4 pcs;
  • 90 g butter;
  • honey - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • oatmeal – 0.5 cups;
  • wheat flour – 0.5 cups;
  • semolina – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla - on the tip of a knife;
  • baking powder – 10 g.

Cooking method

  1. Mix melted butter with honey. Warm up.
  2. Beat the eggs and combine with the honey-butter mixture.
  3. Sift the flour and combine with baking powder and vanilla.
  4. Mix the ingredients.
  5. Cut the peeled apples into slices.
  6. Grease a baking container with oil and add a layer of semolina to the bottom. Lay out the apples.
  7. Pour dough on top. It should cover the fruit.
  8. Preheat the oven and bake the dessert for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. Turn the pie over. Let cool.

Oatmeal charlotte

Ingredients:

  • Egg white 4 pcs.;
  • Apples 600 gr.;
  • Stevia 1 tsp;
  • Oat flour 120 gr.;
  • Baking powder 1 tsp;
  • Breadcrumbs for sprinkling the mold;
  • Vegetable oil for greasing the mold.

Cooking process


Pour the oatmeal into a separate container, add baking powder and mix well. If you use long-cooked oat flakes, grind them using a coffee grinder, then combine with baking powder and mix well.


Place the chilled egg whites in a deep bowl, add the sugar substitute and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.


Gently fold the whipped whites into the oatmeal or crushed oatmeal using upward movements to prevent the whites from falling off. Prepare a baking dish. Grease the pan with a little butter and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. Gently transfer the dough and smooth it with a silicone spatula.


Wash the apples well and cut them in your favorite way. It is not necessary to peel the skin. Place the apples on top of the dough. Place the mold in a well-heated oven.   • Raisins (dark) - 1 handful;
  • Apple (medium-sized domestic apples) - 3 pcs;
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
