- Then rub the legs with salt and herbs. Then leave the chicken to marinate for two to three hours in a cool place. Then roll the legs in flour. Then fry in a frying pan (pouring vegetable oil there in advance) on both sides.
- Then cut the onion into thin half rings. Then mix it with garlic (chopped). Fry the vegetables until soft in sunflower or olive oil. Then add the chopped tomato (you can remove the skin from it). Then throw in the olives, previously cut in half.
- After the vegetables have been stewed for five minutes, add canned beans (drain the liquid from them in advance).
