Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 200 gr.;
- tortilla - 2 pcs.;
- tomato paste - 200 gr.;
- hard cheese - 50 gr.;
- onion - 100 gr.;
- red beans - 80 gr.;
- pepper and salt to taste;
- greens - 50 gr.;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- ground chili to taste.
Wash all vegetables. Remove veins from the turkey meat and cut into small, oblong pieces. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the fillet pieces in a frying pan along with finely chopped garlic until the meat turns golden brown.
Add red beans and chili powder to turkey. If desired, you can add a little other spices, for example 1/2 tsp. curry. After 5 minutes, add finely chopped bell pepper, simmer the resulting mass for another 5 minutes and add tomato paste.
