Preparation:
- Wash the beets and boil until tender (about 40 minutes after the water boils). Drain the water and cool.

- First we need to prepare the ingredients - vegetables and eggs, wash, boil and peel.

Cut five eggs in half, take out the yolk, crush it with a fork and add to the grated beets.
