To prepare this dish, you will need the following products:

  • flour - 1 kg;
  • milk - 500 ml;
  • yeast - 50 grams;
  • butter - 150 grams;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • vanillin;
  • salt;
  • chopped nuts;
  • powdered sugar.

Let's divide the cooking process into several stages:

  • In a small saucepan, slightly heat the milk, but do not bring to a boil;
  • add yeast and half a portion of flour;
  • mix the resulting mass thoroughly and send it to a warm place;
  • melt the butter;
  • after 25 minutes, pour the butter into our dough, add sugar and salt and mix thoroughly;
  • gradually add the remaining flour;
  • Next, add vanillin, mix the dough again and send it to a warm place for a couple of hours.

After the dough has increased in size several times, you can move on to baking school buns from your childhood.

Divide the dough into several lumps, make buns and place them on a baking sheet pre-greased with sunflower oil. Now brush the buns with beaten egg and place them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped nuts and powdered sugar.

The unfilled bun recipe is quite simple to prepare and does not require any special culinary skills.

Buns with orange zest

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • margarine - 150 g;
  • orange zest;
  • small package of dry yeast.

Having prepared the products we need, we begin to prepare the baked goods:

  • First, remove the zest from the orange and put it in a separate bowl;
  • add yeast, sugar and flour to the heated milk;
  • mix until smooth, adding margarine and salt;
  • Stir the dough well and form small balls out of it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then grease the mold with oil and lay out our dough, previously rolled in orange zest and sugar. Brush the buns with egg wash and place in the oven for half an hour.

After a certain time, we take out our dish, decorate it with powdered sugar and enjoy the delicate taste and citrus aroma.

    To prepare tender cottage cheese pastries, you need the following products:

    • wheat flour - 400 grams;
    • milk - 200 ml;
    • egg - 2 pcs.;
    • butter - 100 grams;
    • sugar - 250 grams;
    • yeast - 40 grams;
    • cottage cheese - 300 grams;
    • powdered sugar;
    • vanilla.

    First of all, we dilute the yeast in water and add it to 100 grams of flour. Leave the resulting mass for 20 minutes and proceed to preparing the dough. Sift the flour, add vanilla, sugar, melted butter and diluted yeast. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to rise for 40 minutes.

    Roll out our dough and form several small balls from it. In the middle of each ball we make a small depression for the filling. Place cottage cheese in it and brush the bun with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven to bake for 25 minutes.

    Fresh and fragrant buns are decorated with powdered sugar and served!

    “School” bun without filling

    Everyone probably knows a simple soft school bun. It is small in size, without any filling and one of the cheapest in the school canteen.

    Compound:

    • flour – 0.4 kg;
    • yeast (live) – 10 grams;
    • granulated sugar – 10 grams;
    • butter – 10 grams;
    • ordinary water – 140 grams;
    • fine salt – 4 grams;
    • egg for lubrication – 1 pc.

    Step-by-step instruction:

    1. Pour the specified amount of water into a deep container (it is recommended to heat it to 30 degrees first).
    2. Add live yeast to water and dilute until completely dissolved.
    3. Pour half of the total amount of flour into the resulting yeast liquid and stir until smooth. Leave this mixture for two hours so that the yeast begins to act and the dough rises.
    4. The butter needs to be melted (a quick option is to put a regular mug with a piece of butter in the microwave for a few seconds).
    5. After 2 hours, pour granulated sugar into the risen dough, add salt and add the remaining second part of the flour. Knead the dough again (by hand) and leave again for the same amount of time as the first time.
    6. Form the expanded dough into balls of approximately the same size. Leave to proof for 1 hour. After an hour, brush each ball with egg.
    7. The buns are baked in the oven quickly, just a quarter of an hour (at 200°).

    The finished baking can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

    Puff pastry pastries

    Ingredients:

    • ready-made puff pastry;
    • egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
    • ground nuts;
    • sugar 150 g;
    • vanillin;
    • ground cinnamon;
    • cognac - 25 ml;
    • milk - 50 ml.

    Steps to prepare this dish:

    • beat eggs with sugar using a whisk;
    • add cognac, cinnamon, vanillin and warm milk;
    • mix everything thoroughly and add nuts;
    • defrost the finished dough and cut it into several pieces;
    • put the filling on each piece of dough, roll it into a kind of roll and place it on a baking sheet;
    • leave in this state for half an hour and proceed to preparing the glaze.

    How to prepare glaze?

    To prepare sugar icing for decorating school buns, you need:

    • powdered sugar - 100 grams;
    • water 25 ml;
    • granulated sugar 50 grams.

    First of all, bring the water to a boil and add sugar and powder. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly until it thickens. Cool our glaze to room temperature and proceed to baking the dessert.

    Bake the school buns for 25 minutes, brush with warm glaze and decorate with the remaining nuts.

    Homemade raisin buns

    Required Products:

    • flour - 4 cups;
    • milk - 300 ml;
    • sugar - 100 grams;
    • a pinch of salt;
    • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
    • yeast;
    • sunflower oil;
    • raisin.

    We break the recipe down into the following steps:

    • In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and sugar, then pour in the milk;
    • pour yeast, flour and vegetable oil into the resulting mass;
    • mix thoroughly and leave the dough in a warm place for 25 minutes;
    • wash and dry the raisins;
    • roll the raisins in sugar and put them in a separate bowl;
    • roll out the dough for sweet buns, lay out the filling and roll the dough into a roll;
    • cut the resulting roll into several parts and place it in a prepared mold;
    • bake the buns for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

    We need: 300g white flour. 5g dry yeast (1 tsp) 3.6g salt (2/3 tsp)

    45g sugar 45g melted butter

    75g skim milk (skimmed) 30g eggs in the dough 0.06g calcium lactic acid (or 15g cottage cheese, about 1 tbsp, everything turned out to be much simpler))

    Custard buns

    To prepare school buns with protein cream, you need the following products:

    • flour - 550 g;
    • water - 250 ml;
    • yeast - 1 pc.;
    • sugar - 50 grams;
    • margarine - 150 grams;
    • salt to taste;
    • egg - 2 pcs.

    Cooking process:

    • knead a soft dough from flour, yeast, salt and melted margarine;
    • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the resulting dough;
    • Mix everything thoroughly and put the dough in a dark place.

    While the dough is rising, you should make the cream.

    Making custard

    Mix milk, egg, sugar and vanillin and bring the resulting mixture to a boil. Then add melted margarine, stir and cook until thick. Now set aside the cream until it cools completely and move on to the dough.

    During the time it took us to prepare the custard, the dough should have doubled in size. Roll it out on the table and divide it into several small balls. Using a rolling pin, turn the balls into dense cakes, spread the cream and roll into a tube. We do all this with the remaining pieces and send them to bake in the oven for half an hour.

    It is recommended to serve the dish with ground almonds and powdered sugar.

    Fluffy pastries with fruit jam
