Minced meat gravy is a fairly popular dish because it is quick and easy to prepare. The rich taste and aroma of the gravy goes perfectly with any side dish - pasta, rice and boiled potatoes.

Minced meat sauce

Gravy with the addition of minced meat is a common dish, as it is very simple to make and the cooking process takes a minimum of time. The wonderful taste of the dressing goes well with any side dish to which it is served.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat – 500 gr;
  • garlic – 2–3 cloves;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste – 1–2 tbsp. spoons;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • water – 1.5–2 tbsp;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the onion in cold water and cut it into small pieces, pass the garlic through a press.
  2. Place the onion in a frying pan with hot oil and fry over medium heat until the vegetable turns golden.
  3. Crumble the minced meat into the onion and fry the contents of the pan for about seven minutes, remembering to stir regularly.
  4. After this, simmer the dish for about five minutes under the lid.
  5. Add flour and water to the minced meat. Season the dish with crushed garlic, bay leaf, salt and spices.
  6. Next, you should mix the gravy and simmer it over low heat for about ten minutes.

One of these dishes is minced meat gravy. It is very tasty served with pasta, rice or buckwheat. If you have never prepared this dish before, I will tell you how to prepare minced meat gravy. Here you have both meat and sauce. It’s very convenient, it’s quick and easy to prepare, and everyone will like the bright and rich taste of the gravy: both adults and children. Sour cream sauce

For second courses with buckwheat or potatoes, a minced meat sauce with sour cream as the liquid base is ideal. However, the milk component imbues the dry cereal with a pleasant tenderness, which improves its taste.

We will need:

  • minced meat (choose its composition according to your taste) – 500 grams;
  • fatty sour cream – 200 grams;
  • flour – 2 tablespoons;
  • water (hot) – 300 ml;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • vegetable oil for sautéing onions;
  • dill – 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Let's move on to cooking:

  1. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, chop the dill.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan for 7-8 minutes. When the minced meat is well stewed, add salt, pepper, and onion. Fry the whole mass for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add hot water, add flour, knead, reduce heat, simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually the minced meat gravy will thicken. When the degree of thickness satisfies you, add sour cream and chopped dill.
  5. Simmer for another 3 minutes. That's it, it's time to add the side dish. In this version, the gravy is perfect for buckwheat or mashed potatoes.

When dressing the side dish, use your imagination. Perhaps you will decorate the dish with herbs or small vegetables. Focus on your family's tastes.

Sour cream sauce

The taste is especially delicate if the minced meat gravy is prepared using a dairy component (sour cream, cream). Thanks to this, the proposed dish can be included in the diet menu. If desired, to obtain a richer taste, you can make a spicy gravy by adding hot pepper and aromatic spices.

:

  • 500 g lean minced meat (pork, beef or chicken);
  • 2 onions;
  • 200-300 g of fresh sour cream or cream;
  • 2 tbsp. l. (with a slide) sifted flour;
  • 500 ml raw cold water;
  • salt and various spices to taste.

Tomato sauce

Very often this meat sauce is also called “lazy” meatballs. After all, the taste of both dishes is very similar. Let's look at how to prepare a sauce for minced pasta using tomato paste and fresh tomatoes.

  • 500 g minced pork and beef;
  • 1 head of regular onion;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • 1 full tsp. sweet tomato paste;
  • 2 small cloves of garlic;
  • 1 faceted glass of raw water;
  • greenery;
  • ground pepper;
  • a little vegetable (odorless) oil;
  • salt.

How to make it from minced chicken

Using minced chicken, you can prepare a delicious gravy in a slow cooker with vegetables.

What do you need:

  • minced chicken – 400 g;
  • onion, pepper, tomato – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • tomato juice - a glass;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar, salt, spices and herbs - at personal discretion.

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion and pepper. Grind the tomato and garlic.
  2. Pour oil into the bowl of the device, start the “Frying” or “Baking” mode. Fry onions and garlic. After 2 minutes, add pepper.
  3. After 3 minutes, add the minced meat, stir,
  4. Add flour, mix. Add tomato, add a little sugar.
  5. Simmer until the minced meat is ready. Pour in tomato juice, salt and season to taste.
  6. Stir, close the lid. Run the “Quenching” program for half an hour.

Serve with spaghetti, sprinkled with herbs on top.

  • 600-700 g chicken breast;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 small carrots;
  • 2 full des. l. spicy ketchup;
  • 3 tbsp. l. with a heap of sifted flour;
  • a bunch of fresh dill;
  • 0.5 liters of raw water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. unsalted butter;
  • salt, seasonings, bay leaf;
  • a little vegetable oil.

Italian recipe with melted cheese

Meat gravy with melted cheese acquires a special taste. You can use any Italian seasonings and spices.

Required components:

  • minced meat – 400 g (it is better to take mixed);
  • processed cheese – 2 packs;
  • cream – 350 g;
  • onion - head;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • oil, salt and spices - at personal discretion.

So that the cheese can be shredded without problems, it must first be frozen a little in the freezer. Then it can be easily turned into shavings.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Chop the tomatoes.
  2. Pour the onion into a hot frying pan and simmer until translucent. Add garlic and spices.
  3. After a minute, add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the minced meat and stir until it turns light in color.
  5. When the minced meat is almost ready, pour in the cream.
  6. Grind the cheese on a grater. Add the cheese shavings to the pan when the gravy comes to a simmer. Stir until melted.
  7. Reduce heat, simmer for another 4-5 minutes, turn off.

Mushrooms and meat are a very successful combination; it is not without reason that it is considered a classic. Most often, champignons are used in this recipe, since they are most accessible to city residents. But if you can buy wild mushrooms or go into the forest and collect them, that’s even better. Such mushrooms will give the dish a rich and multifaceted aroma.

Required components:

  • champignons – 200 g;
  • cream – 400 g;
  • minced meat – 350 g;
  • onion - head;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • flour and butter – 50 g each;
  • oil, salt and spices - at personal discretion.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely. Fry in oil.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices of a suitable size and add to the pan along with the minced meat, pepper and salt. Fry until the meat is done.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine cream with flour. Stirring, bring to a boil, being careful to avoid lumps. Add a slice of butter. Pour into the frying pan with the minced meat.
  4. Season and stir. Simmer for 3 minutes (no longer necessary, since the mushrooms and minced meat are already fully prepared).

How to cook

Thoroughly clean the meat from veins, films and coarse fibers. Grind it in a meat grinder until it becomes mushy. Grind the onion in a blender and add to the minced meat. Pour the water or broth left over from mashing the potatoes into the mass. Simmer over low heat with the lid closed for 1 hour. Make sure there is liquid in the gravy (add it if necessary). Add cream, salt, add bay leaf (remove it before serving). After boiling for another 20-25 minutes, the gravy is ready.
