We’ll also add the required amount of mayonnaise. You can make it yourself, but I use a store-bought one on a natural basis without dyes, GMOs or preservatives. Add pre-sifted flour in small portions. Add vanillin and baking powder to it.

Mix the dough. If you have a combine, use it. Sometimes I knead the dough in a bread machine using a special mode called “Kneading”.

There is no need to knead the dough for a long time - just bring it to a homogeneous state. We need the mass to be soft and smooth.
