Outdoor snacks should be prepared quickly and remain fresh for a long time. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is kebab. But who said that you can’t please yourself with other dishes?

Cheese in beer batter

Great for friendly get-togethers. Of course, drivers may be against such a dish, but all the alcohol will evaporate during the cooking process, so you can safely enjoy it. When going outdoors, this snack can be prepared in advance, and if you really want it, you can heat it up over the fire. You will need:

  • Flour - 4 tbsp. spoons.
  • Egg.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Cheese - 200 g.
  • Light beer - 4 tbsp. l.

Pour flour into a bowl, add salt and pepper, egg and beer. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Heat up the frying pan. This dish is prepared over high heat. Now roll the cheese well in batter and place it in a frying pan. The crust is instantly fried and you can pull it out. A simple and delicious snack for nature.

Stuffed sausages

You will need:

  • Packaging of sausages.
  • Bacon and cheese - 6 slices each.
  • Mustard or mayonnaise.

This dish can be customized to suit your taste. Instead of mustard, you can add creamy, mushroom or garlic sauce, ketchup. The sausages need to be peeled from the film and carefully cut, but not to the very end. Spread with sauce and add garlic. A great option for a spring picnic. Light, airy, tender, they will appeal to children and adults. And even if you are on a diet, you can enjoy one or two flatbreads without harming your figure. A great outdoor snack, especially if you forgot to bring bread.

You will need:

  • Water - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Greens - 3 bunches.
  • Pepper and salt - a pinch each.
  • Flour - 1 kg.
  • Vegetable oil.

From the indicated ingredients (except herbs) you need to prepare a soft dough. It should not stick to your hands. Let it rest a little and start filling. To prepare it, you can take any greens. Crumble it into a salad bowl and season with oil. An outdoor picnic snack should be light, so we won’t overload the filling with cheese or mayonnaise.

Now everything is very simple. Pinch off a piece of dough, put a little filling on it, pinch it and fry in oil on both sides. Hot cakes can be greased with butter.

Zucchini snack

For a picnic in nature, this is what you need. Light, juicy and tasty, even children will love it. And you won't need many ingredients:

  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Zucchini - 3 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Salt and pepper.

Chop the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the garlic and sprinkle on top of the zucchini. Add spices, herbs and dried herbs. Put a small piece of butter. Place the entire mass in foil and roll it into a tight envelope. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. You can also take a snack with you in foil.

Boiled meat, smoked meats and sausages, any cheese, vegetables and herbs, Korean carrots and mushrooms, all this can be an excellent option for filling pita bread. In summer, outdoor picnic snacks are in great demand. After swimming and running around, children and adults feel a burst of healthy appetite.

To prepare rolls, you can use the following options:

  • Tomato, cucumber, boiled or fried chicken and mayonnaise.
  • Beef, sweet pepper, Korean carrots.

You will need:

  • Two medium sized zucchini.
  • A glass of flour (less may be needed).
  • Two eggs.
  • A teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch.

The zucchini does not need to be peeled. Just grate it on a coarse grater, let it sit for a couple of minutes and drain the water. After this, mix with the rest of the ingredients and place in muffin tins. They are baked for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Recipes for simple snacks, used in nature, also help out at home when you suddenly have guests over. You don’t always have the ingredients to prepare gourmet meals at home.

Envelopes stuffed with chicken

This nutritious dish is nothing more than bread with meat in the original “packaging”. The envelopes are made from pancakes, and the filling is tender chicken meat.

Pancake ingredients:

  • Flour - 3 cups;
  • Milk - one liter;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Soda, pre-quenched with vinegar - 0.5 tsp.

Prepare pancakes according to the recipe:

  1. Mix the indicated amount of eggs and sugar, grind, pour in half a liter of milk, add a teaspoon of salt;
  2. Sift 3 cups of flour and gradually add to the mixture. Stir the mass so that it becomes homogeneous, there should be no lumps;
  3. Then add half a teaspoon of slaked soda and another half liter of milk. Mix everything thoroughly until the mass is homogeneous.

Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil. Fry pancakes on one side only.

Preparing the meat filling:

  1. Marinate the chicken fillet for several hours: brush with soy sauce, add salt and pepper to taste;
  2. First, fry the meat until cooked and grind it in a meat grinder. Fry finely chopped onion until beautiful golden color. Mix ground chicken meat and onion;
  3. Place the meat filling on the pancake (don’t forget to place the minced meat on the browned side), roll it up and fry.

Quick pate

If you urgently need to prepare something delicious to take with you, but there is chicken in the refrigerator, try making this wonderful pate. You can put it in a jar and take it with you, and in nature, carefully spread it on pieces of bread. The latter can be pre-baked in a toaster. Makes a great quick snack. Being in nature is exactly what you need.

You need to take:

  • Boiled chicken - 300 g. It is better not to use breast fillet. It will be much tastier if you add meat from the shin or thigh to the dish.
  • Cream cheese - 125 g.
  • Garlic - 1 clove.
  • Walnuts - 1 handful.
  • A few sprigs of tarragon.

To prepare the pate, you need to put the meat in a blender. You should add cheese, garlic, salt and pepper to it. If the mass turns out to be too thick and viscous, you need to add a little yogurt to it. Add chopped nuts and herbs to the finished mixture. Once again, turn the mixture in the blender and you can take it with you. Picnic snacks with pate are ready instantly, and they are so delicious. It doesn't have to be bread. You can boil the eggs and then fill the whites with pate. It turns out very tasty if you cut the lid off a baked potato and fill it with creamy mixture.

Baked eggplants with meat

A very beautiful and even festive dish. If you want to set an interesting and original table in nature, then this dish is worth tinkering with it a little longer than with all the others. You will need:

  • Eggplant - 3 pcs.
  • Minced meat - 400 g.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Tomato juice - 200 g.
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • Mint, oregano, parsley.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 g.

The dish is prepared as follows. Cut the eggplants into slices, 1 cm thick. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes to release the juice and remove the bitterness. Rinse and dry with paper towel. Separately, dice the onion. Half should be mixed with minced meat, salt and pepper. Additionally, you should prepare the sauce. To do this, simmer the remaining onion in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables to the onion and simmer until soft, pour in tomato juice. Now take a mold, put the eggplants in it, and mincemeat on them. Pour the sauce over it all and bake for 45 minutes. You can take this dish with you in the same form in which it was baked. It will become a real gem of a picnic.

Grilled dishes

Time away from civilization in both spring and summer quickly awakens the appetite. Therefore, do not think that kebabs alone will be enough for you to have a snack in nature. If you have some meat left over from the barbecue or the desire to cook over coals is still not gone, these recipes are for you.

Champignons on skewers

To cook champignons over a fire, choose large and open mushrooms. Fry them immediately or marinate them. For the marinade, pour lemon juice over the champignons, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and leave to marinate in a cool place for 5 hours.

Outdoors, pierce pickled champignons with chopsticks and fry over coals. After heat treatment, the appearance of the dish will be unsatisfactory. And champignons with photos can sow doubts about their own edibility. But don’t be afraid that something went wrong: the dark crust does not affect the taste in any way.

Chicken kebabs with pineapple

First of all, prepare the sauce. Mix 1.5 cups of pineapple juice, 1.5 tablespoons of starch, soy sauce, a little table salt and sugar. Stir the sauce until the starch dissolves. Bring the sauce to a boil. All components of the kebab itself must be prepared in advance.

Cut the pineapple, pepper and onion, and the bacon into even strips. Use the leftover marinated chicken as well. For one skewer, take 4 pieces of chicken, 3 pineapples and 2 pieces of other products. Chicken and bacon should go last. Bake the kebabs once you have spread the butter on them. They should be served with sauce.

Corn with herbs

Treat four ears of corn with any type of oil for better cooking. Turn the cobs frequently and keep them on the grill for 15-20 minutes. Or until a characteristic crust forms. Grease the finished corn with vegetable oil, chopped herbs (dill, basil) and salt.

Cauliflower steaks

Stir in chopped garlic and spices. It is better to use ground red and black pepper, cumin, ginger and coriander, as well as 2 teaspoons of turmeric. Then cut the cauliflower into equal 20mm wide vertical strips. Brush them with oil before frying. Grill the cauliflower steak for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.

Shrimp and cabbage tacos

Add red pepper, oregano and cumin to the chopped garlic, stir well. Place the seafood on wooden skewers (but don't forget to soak them in water for half an hour). Coat the shrimp with oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Stir in sour cream, fine parsley, salt, lemon juice and zest. Fill pre-baked or purchased tortillas with red and cabbage, two sauces and sautéed shrimp.

Sandwiches, win-win recipes

A snack for a picnic in nature, which will not be difficult even for a novice housewife. Moreover, there are a huge number of cooking options. You can take sprats and black bread or a loaf and sausage with you. But you can come up with a more original option. For example, try the garlic cheese accordion. To do this you will need:

  • Large baguette or loaf.
  • Butter - 200 g.
  • Cheese - 200 g.
  • Garlic - 8 cloves.
  • Parsley or other greens.

This quick outdoor snack is super easy to make. Spread the foil, place the loaf on it, and make cuts along it, but not all the way. Grate the cheese and add chopped garlic. In a separate bowl, mix softened butter and herbs. Stuff the greens with butter into the slits and cover with cheese. Wrap tightly in foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes. After this, open the foil and let it form a crust for 5 minutes.

A simple recipe for a quick snack of chips for a picnic table

A snack of chips with filling is sure to please all guests. A very successful combination of excellent taste and speed of preparation of this dish, suitable for celebrating outdoors. You just need to take all the products with you.

Ingredients:

  • Greens - a bunch
  • Chips – 1 pack
  • Mayonnaise – 70 g;
  • Hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Tomato - 1 pc.

Progress:

Potatoes on skewer

This is an even easier way to cook potatoes for a picnic. Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes. For the marinade: • olive oil • lemon juice • mustard • garlic • paprika • thyme • rosemary • oregano • parsley

Preparation: All ingredients for the marinade are taken by eye, it all depends on taste preferences. Potatoes are used whole. It needs to be washed and boiled in its jacket. The main thing is not to overcook. Let the potatoes be damp inside and finish cooking on the grill.

Usually people think about dessert when they have already compiled a menu and decided what to cook for an outdoor picnic. Appetizers are usually various combinations of vegetables, meat and fish. But when the first hunger subsides, they remember sweets. It is best to think through this part of the picnic. This is especially important if children are traveling with you.

Kids will definitely appreciate marshmallows cooked over a fire. To prepare it, just place snow-white pieces on sticks and heat over a flame. They become big and lush before our eyes. A crispy caramel forms on the outside, and a viscous mass inside. Not only children, but also adults with a sweet tooth are often delighted with such a dessert. In any case, it will definitely be unusual and very interesting.

You can complement the dessert with fruit. Serve them as canapés by placing the pieces on wooden skewers. It's fun and interesting, and also fits perfectly into an outdoor country picnic. Of course, a picnic is incomplete without drinks. Although May is pleasantly warm, the weather is often capricious. Therefore, it is important to have something warming. Grog is an alcoholic drink invented by English sailors and named after Vice Admiral Edward Vernon, nicknamed Old Grog. It was he who came up with the idea of ​​giving the sailors not pure, but diluted rum, in order to save money. Thus the grog recipe was born. Ingredients: Water Tea (infuser) Cognac Rum
